“Autumn and staff are amazing everytime I visit. They are very attentive and make my order precise everytime. The food is always fresh and delicious. I have not had a bad meal there and don't expect to. It is my favorite Roti in Chicago.”

“It was so good. Needed a quick, healthy bite and this place landed. Delicious, quick, and lots of food.”

“Food is excellent. Loved my hot falafel, sauces are really good specially green one and roasted paper one . Staff is friendly !!! Thanks”

“The hot harissa chicken sandwich was disappointing. For $10, such a small piece of chicken that was tough to chew, while also being doused in sauce. So different than what’s being advertised”

“The food is great. It was one my favorite places but recently I see portion size reduced and the price went up. I think the portion size is small only in this location as I haven't experienced the same in other locations. You would barely find proteins even though I asked for extra protein in my order. 😀”

“The bowls here are usually delicious. Not sure what happened with the chicken tonight but it was hard, dry and crunchy...almost like they were deep fried chicken fat chips versus chicken. WTH? I think whoever was working in the kitchen that night probably threw the chicken in the microwave and obliterated it.”

“I order from Roti all the time, never disappoints. Today must’ve been an off day for them and while I’d like to give them grace the way the customer service was makes it hard to see the positive. I did an online pick up I didn’t receive any of my sauces, okay fine you could even say that’s my fault for not looking, but nevertheless I took the L. As I’m eating my dry bowl I’m noticing half of the “spring mix” lettuce they gave me was majority iceberg lettuce..not even lettuce literally stems. I was at work and unable to return so I called explained and was put on hold for 15 mins. I hung up called back and got the manager this time, she was very rude cut me off she asked me for something but I couldn’t hear her I asked her to repeat herself. She proceeded to say “order number, ticket number” very condescending. I tell her calm down give her the order number and she goes silent for 45 seconds…I’m like hello she then tells me I’m getting a full refund. If the refund ever comes great, but the customer service was horrible, no apology nothing.”

“Roti Mediterranean food was just not great and okay. The flavors were bland, mediocre. The meat portions were small, and the service was great. While the atmosphere was pleasant, there was nothing particularly special about the overall experience. It's an okay spot if you're in the area, but there are probably better Mediterranean options in Chicago.”

“So incredibly stingy with their portions, I had never experienced this from any other location whenever I get a bowl it’s filled up to the top. I ordered online for pickup and showed up about 20 minutes later and the order still wasn’t ready, that wasn’t a big problem I decided to sit down while I waited and I wish I hadn’t because when I walked out I realized the bowl was barely half filled, I truly couldn’t believe how stingy the company has gotten with their portions or if they simply took advantage that I wasn’t looking. There was barely any chicken, barely anything really even the sauce cups were like 1/6th filled”

“I ordered through GrubHub from this location. The roti bowl I ordered was a SODIUM BOMB. It was completely inedible. The chicken and feta were extremely over-salted. In addition, the Pita the sent me smelled awful and was dry/spoiled. It had mold growing on it. Who else did they feed this to?! Terrible.”
