“The ambience was so sexy. From the time you enter, the lights are dimmed, the decor, the music and vibes was so nice. Anyone would enjoy dining here and you felt Black Excellence. The Hosts were welcoming and they set the tone for the evening’s expectations. The food was absolutely Delicious! OMG, yum! My husband and I started with the Salmon egg rolls and cocktails. Then, we got the Pasta Marti Gras and the Shrimp Cognac Scampi. The food was presented beautifully and perfectly portioned. Cat C. was our Server and she was truly amazing with such a big beautiful smile. She was very welcoming, informative, friendly, sweet and thoughtful. She even provided rum punch shots to start us off and even offered a treat in celebration of our Anniversary. We were full by then and respectfully declined the offer, but we were truly appreciative. This was our first time here and will definitely not be our last, Provare Chicago. We loved it!”

“This was my 1st time at Provare Chicago. WOWZZERS. Linda our server was dynamic, very attentive, gave amazing suggestions on what to eat and drink. Now let's get in to this food that my fellow Chef and Castmate (Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars season 1) has on this menu. The Salmon Eggrolls were fresh, crispy, cheesy and delicious. The Crabby Fries had the perfect amount of fresh crab, the waffle fries were cooked perfectly and held up to the amount of crab and sauce on top. The Pasta Mardi Gras was ridiculously delicious, plump shrimp that was perfectly cooked, chicken andouille sausage paired so well with the spicy Cajun sauce and fresh fettuccine pasta.. my goodness!!!BUT THE BUTTER CAKE is by far the best cake I've had in a LONG time, moist, flavorful buttery perfection. Make a reservation ASAP..”

Great portions for your entrees, drinks are amazing, and all the staff are super attentive. Our party had the Lobster bisque pasta with an added lamb chop-100/10, the spinach and artichoke dip- 10/10, the calamari 10/10, and the Marfi gras pasta was a 10/10. No notes! If you want to eat well in a place that has the best vibes in Chicago make a plan to stop by provare! Definitely will be back!”

“Everything was amazing from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered two MLKs, and they were so good! For appetizers, we had the crab cake egg rolls and the spinach artichoke dip—both were incredible. For our entrée, we shared the Pasta Trio, and it definitely did not disappoint. Our server, Darius, made the experience even better. He was so sweet, attentive, and such a vibe! He checked on us often, had a great personality, and made us feel so welcome. The music was perfect, the atmosphere was beautiful and fun, and the overall experience was 10/10. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!”
