“I haven't been here in over 20 years. Place was clean and ambience was nice. Food was better than how I remember it before. I went on a early Tuesday afternoon and it was getting busy by lunch hour. Lady that was taking orders was really nice too. Friendly staff, good food, glad its staying awesome.”
“A great neighborhood fast food dog spot. On this day, they were giving 20% of purchases to a local charity. I participated by having a gyro special. Overall, good food each time I have gone there. They over delivered on the gyro with lots of meat and toppings. I will have to at least make a visit here more often.”

“My sister is visiting from out of state so on her last day I knew she needed to try some staples. I’ve gone past patio beef a ton of times and I always comment on how cute it is. I googled where to get the best and cheapest Chicago dog and patio beef came up! It was time to try. SOOOO DELICIOUS. The service was fast! I asked for mayo and pickles on my dipped Italian beef (don’t come for me) and the woman taking my order was side eyeing me but giggled and said no problem. She was giving owner vibes. Staff was so kind. Menu was full of good stuff! I’ll def be back. Food was out fast and it was poppin here there!”

“Not a bad place to stop by for a quick bite. Today I ordered and Italian beef with sweet and hot peppers. Let’s start with the beef, overall I would score this beef average which isn’t a bad thing. The beef didn’t have too much flavor and the bread did fall apart on me a little bit but that’s kind of expected depending on where you go. The beef was packed nicely and the peppers had great flavor. Fries were pretty loaded which was nice as well. The grid aren’t necessarily salted which is a good thing because you have the option to salt to your liking. ( Side note ) Please don’t let my 3 stars discourage you from eating here. My score is based on my personal desire of taste in comparison to places like Al’s Beef, Mr. Beef, Johnnys Beef and Portillos. If you are out and about and have a taste for Aguero or a quick Chicago style hotdog or a quick Italian beef I think this is a nice place to Stop by for lunch.”
