“We went here for my wife's birthday and it was a blast. Very different vibes from your normal Omakase, but that's more a positive than a negative. Sake was non-stop, and the chef and bartender, aka Sake Boy, were an amazing duo, keeping the food and vibes strong. Would recommend going for any special occasion or even for a nice meal with friends and dates!”

“An amazing omakase experience without any pretension. Each course is thoughtfully designed and very fresh. Then comes the unlimited sake, sparklers and when the moment is right, karaoke. It’s an experience rather than simply a dinner. Be prepared to make friends with your neighbors and add your touch to the wall behind the bar.”

“Listen. If you are trying to experience a traditional omakase service, this place is not for you. However, if you want to leave feeling like you have a bit more hope in the world, this place is for you. I am a chef myself, and have eaten at Michelin star restaurants. This place brought me to tears in the mackerel dish, and because of the connectivity the chef showed through food and community. Omakase on me showcases joy, humor, and energy in a charismatic environment that makes you feel excited to come back. The food by no means is the best fish you’ll ever have, but it was still wonderful and some dishes even brought me to tears with the care given. For the price, you are paying for the experience given and a bit for the food. I am hoping this review does not seem critical, as I would return any day of the week, but want to be honest with the fact that the food is very very good but not spectacular. I tip my hat to everyone here, they brought out the smiles in quiet folks and the joy from every persons soul. Thank you.”

“Absolutely delicious meal!! The vibes were great, the food even better. And yes it is unlimited sake with your meal for no extra cost. Sake boy we love you! The sushi though is so good and for this price???!! Hell yess!!!!”

“This was a fantastic Omakase experience (12/28 @ 7:30 PM)!! Everything was absolutely delicious and well prepared. The food was so fresh with the flavors doing a happy dance in your mouth. The guys did a wonderful job with service and presentation. And that sake was phenomenal!! On to the feedback, but no one should take anything said here as a true negative!! One of the reasons I gave service 4 stars instead of 5 is that a menu of the evening's dishes would have been extremely helpful, both for complete knowledge of what we were eating and something to take home (or at least take a picture of). I'll never remember half of what we ate, only that it was awesome. I would definitely recommend a little more time between groups, as we had planned for the 90 minute experience but got started a little after 7:30 and didn't finish until almost 9:30. I have zero complaints about having almost 2 full hours to enjoy everything, but it seemed like the staff didn't have enough time to prep enough ahead of our group and still had clean up and prep to do before the 9:30 seating!! Another reason for only giving 4 stars - It was not published anywhere that split checks are challenging if that includes some with cash and some with card. They advertised a 3% discount for cash but didn't honor the discount unless the whole group paid with cash. That was a bit frustrating.”

“This is an interesting omakase spot that is great for groups and those who want to experience a sushi omakase without the stuffyness than can be associated with it. There is more of a party vibe here that results in the sushi chef being interactive with the patrons. In addition, the sake never stops flowing. With that being built into the price, I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to dine if you don't plan on drinking. Sushi wise, the fish was fresh and there were no complaints. The rice was also very nicely seasoned. The other dishes were very well composed and flavorful. I really have no complaints on the food. It's above par quality Sushi in a fun environment so if you go into it expecting that, you will not be disappointed.”

“What a night! What a meal! We were in town for only a Monday night, so I made a reservation and it ended up being practically a private dinner! The food was amazing - I am STILL thinking about the red curry dish! The vibes were immaculate, the music banging, the sake was flowing and a lot of fun was had. I consider the cost a steal when looking at how many courses (16!), the never ending sake, and the show. I didn’t take a picture of each course as I would eat it too quickly! We will definitely be back and with friends!”
