“Loved the entire vibe of this place! The items hanging were super cute. Food was delicious! Staff was very friendly.”

“Great place to eat for Japanese. Had the Bento Boxes lunches with miso soup and was blown away. Within walking distance of Loyola and the waterfront.”

“We love Nori!! A Roger’s Park staple! The sushi never misses and the service is always great!”

“Nori has been a favorite for years. All the locations are great. They used to do half off maki on Mondays here, but they no longer do. The service is always great and you can bring in your own drinks. They do check the percentage on sake so you can’t get too crazy. They have a nice patio for when the weather is nice and plenty of inside seating.”

“this place is delicious! we got the teriyaki and fried rice bento boxes and it is so much food for the price. everything was super fresh and flavorful!!”

“one lower level than top japanese american cuisine. BUT better than most out there. I don’t mean that in a bad way. I would definitely still come here and explore other dishes they have and definitely order these again. My spiciness tolerance isn’t great (I think hot cheetos are spicy) With that being said the spicy miso and spicy beef were spicy like hot cheetos level to me. but so delicious! This Thai tea, one of the best I have had! Not too sweet! I like the music they played as well.”

“The lunch specials make it worth it. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Get the Katsu and Tempura boxes. Desserts are tasty but small portions.”

“Very dirty, Filthy bathrooms, Be aware of 18% service fee upcharge. Food OK but expensive!”
“Nori Sushi At Edgewater is a wonderful neighborhood gem that consistently delivers high-quality, fresh, and beautifully prepared sushi. Every visit is a treat, as they clearly prioritize top-tier ingredients and take immense care in the craftsmanship of their dishes, making each roll and appetizer a flavorful experience. I place an incredibly high premium on kitchen cleanliness and dining area maintenance, and I am consistently impressed by how tidy, well-organized, and professionally kept this space is—it is clear they take great pride in upholding the highest standards of hygiene and order, which makes every meal feel clean and comfortable. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and does a fantastic job of ensuring that service is prompt and attentive. If you are looking for a reliable, exceptional dining experience that prioritizes both culinary quality and professional cleanliness, I cannot recommend Nori Sushi At Edgewater highly enough”
