“Jordan was really nice and friendly. He helped us with the selections. Steak was well season and amazing flavors! Thank you Jordan for making this a great experience!”

“AMAZING FOOD! Sameer & Daniel made the experience so pleasant, I’m looking forward to coming back to eat more good food and socialize with such nice staff!”

“It was my first time trying Middle Eastern food, and I absolutely loved it! I highly recommend the falafel bowls—they’re delicious. The cashier, Sameer, was also incredibly helpful and had such great energy. I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊”

“The food was delicious and the staff was really friendly and kind”

“Walked in starving from the metra and stumbled into heaven. My Pita was AMAZING, the flavors were vibrant, it was sooooooo filling— and it was like $9?! They literally made fresh falafel in front of me, and it possibly rivals my bf’s mom’s recipe (I hope she never sees this lmao). Cant recommend enough!!! The attached pic is half eaten, bc that’s when I took my first breath and thought “I HAVE to leave a review”.”

“YALL NEED TO SIGN UP WITH NAF NAF REWARDS!!!! Got a Bogo today on the entrees, and food smacked. Taylor made my bowls phenomenally, great customer service skills, and very efficient. Rating: A++”

“Great place to eat. Reasonable prices and great service. Pedro made sure I was taken care off.”

“Lovely and considerate staff with a scrumptious, quick, and fresh variety of food.”

“If I could give 20 million stars to Naf Naf Grill on Clinton, I would do it in a heartbeat! This team knocked it pit of the park with their service, organization, follow-through, and amazing food. I had a presentation with an important client of ours and needed to make a last-minute request for catering for 20 people. I put my order in online at 5:30pm the day before and they had my order, hot, ready, complete, and organized beautifully at 10:30am when I requested. No frills or bull. The team was the kindest and everyone said hello and served me well. And all the food, utensils, labels (yes, they include paper tent labels for all the food!) etc. came in two excellent reusable bags. I am so wowed. I was nervous at first, and Naf Naf on Clinton rocked it beautifully. I can’t wait to order from them again and again! Thank you, Naf Naf Grill! You’re a gift to the city!”

“Spent $12 for a Rice Bowl with Chicken Shwarma topping + chopped salad+ Skhung dressing + Tahini. ALWAYS TAKE THE PITA BREAD( COMPLIMENTARY it is) Awesome taste!”

“Left me on hold for 9 minutes hung up and would answer the phone after they messed up my door dash order”

“⭐ 1-Star Review: Ordered a Falafel Bowl — Got Everything But the Falafel I had been fasting the entire day and chose Naf Naf to break my fast, thinking a fresh falafel bowl would be a satisfying meal. I waited 8–10 minutes while they cooked the falafel — or so I thought. To my shock and frustration, when I got home and opened the container, there were no falafels at all. Just rice, toppings, and sauce — no main item, no protein. The bowl was completely inedible without the falafel. I had to throw away the entire meal, including the pita. What made it worse? By the time I opened it, the store had already closed, so there was no way to go back and fix the issue. And to top it off, I’m flying out the next day for a week, which means I can’t even stop by to talk to the staff or get this resolved in person. This was my only meal of the day, and it was ruined. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated by the negligence. As a PT resident, I will be sharing this experience with the local Facebook groups and community forums. This wasn’t a small mistake — it was complete disregard for the customer. I will not be returning, and I expect a full refund for this unacceptable experience.”
