Definitely not what I expected for a $14 “empanada”.
I came in to expect a Tlayudas with flavors similar to Oaxaca, but instead I got was a super sized regular flavored taco.
VERY BAD. They took so long to deliver the food.

Taqueria El Bosque in West Pilsen/Little Village off of Cermak is simply the best. My partner and I have been getting their breakfasts almost daily. The Heuvo con chorizo and the chilaquiles are absolutely delicious every single time!!

A small hole in wall type of place with an out of this world flavor. The prices are reasonable and the portions are large and easy to share. They have vegetarian options as well. I will definitely be coming back.
