“This tiny strip mall eatery serves surprisingly good food. The staff is so friendly and patient with customers who haven't a clue as to what to order as I observed. It's a small neighborhood business with only three dine in tables. The food and the service more than makes up for the lack of dine in experience. Unfortunately didn't try the staple Tamales, however the red chilaquiles were some of the best I've tried in the city, the consistency was perfect, soft yet crunchy, the sauce was delicious and creamy. Served generously with, rice refried beans and a small salad and two eggs served to order. I opted in for the arrachera and it really put my meal over the top, it was spiced to perfection and had an excellent smoky flavor. The menu is very wide for such a small place but if the rest is as good as the before mentioned experience I will eagerly return to to try.”

“The steak Burritos was 25.00 it’s so dame good had hot Tamale it was red never I thought they food was nasty it good. Coming back again”

“This place hit the spot! I’ll be back because there was so much on the menu to try!!! 🔥 We ordered Al pastor tacos & Mole 🍴 FYI ⚠️Very limited seating”

“Recomiendo altamente este lugar ya que son muy eficientes en cuanto a su servicio y su limpieza agradezco a sus trabajadores ya que gracias a ellos fue posible hacer un maravillosa fiesta mexicana con unos deliciosos tamales 🫔 que fascinaron a todos vallan y prueben.”

“We had green chicken tamales, green Oaxaca tamales, chile poblano tamales, ground beef with potatoes Gordita and atole de nuez. Everything was very delicious. The green chicken ones were very spicy but if you can handle the heat, you’d love them. Their atole was one of the best I’ve ever had—rich, comforting, and full of flavor but not too sweet. The gorditas were my favorite and would definitely get those again. The cashier was kind and welcoming and the prices are fair. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Great food and excellent service! Tons of variety and options that I never knew existed! Very creative food menu that’ll take more than a few visits to try everything”

“3.09 for 1 small tamales they has only half of it meat..I went some months ago and were different.Today they aren't that good, I saw an empty table there ,they left the menudo almost full and the tamal was not finished and no blame, you can tell by that that food was not good. The tamal was not that good and very small and light meat for 3.09 . The tamales in front of Home Depot are cheaper and better. Picture have a spoon as reference how small they are, I cut it in half”

“Tamales malos agrios, los atoles ya no son lo mismo, sin sabor definitivamente es para no repetir. Hace algunos años era fan pero poco a poco bajaron su calidad.”
“Best Mexican cuisine in the area! Marcos was so nice and accommodating, staff was nice and attentive, 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!”
“I love this place! Food is delicious especially the steak torta & nachos. Portions are generous + come with yummy chips & salsa if you eat in. Has a very warm friendly welcoming vibe with great music & the lady behind the counter is very kind. I highly recommend!”
