Really nice vegetarian Mexican restaurant but they also have two different types of vegan cheeses. Really big selection of soy based proteins to choose from and also has nopales and huitlacoche which are always delicious. Good size portions too. One of my favorite stops in the Logan Square area

“First timer here, and now an aspiring regular.”

First timer here, and now an aspiring regular. To quote my partner “this was the best burrito I’ve ever had in my life!” We got the Garibaldi (pictured) , Pastor De Soya (our favorite), and a Tamale. All of which where amazing. It's hard to find a good vegan burrito that's the size if your head. Thank you for an amazing dinner :)

“Nice place, loved it.”

Nice place, loved it. I ordered the barbacoa quesadilla and the seasoning was great with the cheese. They gave me a frozen glass with lime and Tajin to pour my Cerveza Pacifico. Really enjoyed my visit, and also Alex the waitress was amazing and always kept an eye on us. Much love to this place♥️

The food was fantastic, a little expensive, but still tasted great! The portions are BIG, if you order a super burrito for $4 more. Cheese is an additional $4 more, but not worth it as it can’t be tasted in the burrito. It taste wonderful without it. The service was great, the server was friendly and helpful. It was a little hot in the restaurant. They had the front side open wich allowed for a great breeze to come in.

Easily some of the best vegetarian Mexican food I've had at any restaurant. I came in and had the lunch combo that offered two Enchiladas with rice and beans. The pricing was very affordable especially for vegetarian restaurants. This would be my first recommendation if asked about a choice for Mexican vegetarian food.

Such a fantastic place in the vegan scene in Chicago! Truly the best vegan Mexican food I’ve had ever? We got the enchiladas and the sauce it came in was fantastic. The quesadilla is a must get and the chicharrón taco was good too! I love how they had so many vegan meat options and the woman running the whole operation was the sweetest. I will be back!!

“I'll never be able to go to another Taco place after coming here.”

I'll never be able to go to another Taco place after coming here. I can't believe it's taken me so long to try this place, especially considering that I don't eat meat and this is an entirely vegan/vegetarian restaurant but I'm so glad I finally did. I can't get over how delicious it was, they've NAILED everything. I didn't get a chance to try the juice this time but next time I will because they all looked and sounded great.

“The vegan chicharron quesadilla was great.”

The vegan chicharron quesadilla was great. The first bite, I had to second guess myself if this was actually pork, because it was marinated perfectly to the taste of pork. The cheese, I wish it had thicker consistency, but great taste. The customer service was great (Deisy) was welcoming and helpful and explaining the items. They also gave me a vegan horchata that was refreshing just nailed it on the taste. Vegan steak tacos needs more seasoning for my taste buds. Thanks

“This place is fire 🔥.”

This place is fire 🔥. I parked on the side street next to it. Walked in, picked a table, server brought us the menu. Brought a pitches of water, with chips and salsa.They got a variety. Including smoothies and juices. I got the Nachos with Steak Vegan Cheese. I got myself a Torta De Milanesa and Two Tacos De Carnitas. I got those lettuce cheese and tomato.

Love the new location & remodeling! I Always get a warm welcoming when I walk in. Customer service is great right along with the food!! Everything that I’ve tried has been phenomenal!! Never thought I would be able to have vegan Mexican dishes that taste this darn good!! Thank You

With a lifetime of consuming the full gamut of Mexican food, I was initially skeptical that a fully vegetarian kitchen could approximate the flavors and textures of the original recipes. Thus, it was a remarkable surprise to find myself thoroughly enjoying the tortas, tamales, tacos, and burritos with so much gusto and no longing for anything else. The rich, saucy, umami flavors and requisite textures of traditional dishes are all there. The food has excellent quality and service is amazing. Now I'm a believer that you can have an authentic vegetarian Mexican culinary experience. To test this, I have brought this food to other Mexicans without revealing it's true colors, and have watched with delight and amazement at how much they enjoy it and how much they are astonished that it is vegan. Not every city can boast to have this gem, so whenever I have visitors, this is one of the places I highly recommend.
