“DO NOT TRUST THE MENU HERE ONLINE!!! I did some community work and earned about 50$. I was excited so I went out to eat. I went here with an extra 19$ on hand from savings. I check online, and a dinner plate is about $20 (carne asada), so I go in and order since I have basically all of it in cash and can spare $3-4 on my card. It rings up at 35.99$ a VERY BIG RAISE from the carne asada price here on Google Maps. I asked politely why the price was different just to get no response. I then get asked multiple times if I wanted it as a torta, each time I decline. When I tell her never mind, I was told she can’t cancel it and I have to pay it. Because I now HAVE to pay with my card (apparently there are no split bills), the total raised to 41.12$ I now reluctantly pay it and go home with my food. Open the plastic bag just to see there's not a lot of rice, not a lot of beans, and the tacos aren't even made (I have to cut up the meat myself and everything). I'm upset now after wasting my hard-earned money. I'm gonna eat it cause what else is there to do, even though my appetite is ruined. Update: The Carne asada is EXTREMELY chewy even for Carne asada (to an inedible degree), and the frijoles were extremely salty to the point you couldn't eat them. The rice is literally the only thing I can stomach…ABSOLUTE waste of 40$…”
