“Was in Chicago for a few days, had dinner here two of the nights. I was pretty pleased with the food, service, and cleanliness of the place. A highlight is the pinneaple and guava mix juice, they also have a horchata Jamaica mix, try them! I would def come back.”

“The waitresses are very friendly. First time here. Very patient with helping us with their options of dishes. Loved everything. Gave us samples to try their waters.. horchata de coco was delicious. Had the maracuya and piña water as well. Would go back.”

“Exelente comida con toque casero todo delicioso y la atención exelente nuestra camarera Paloma muy amable y servicial 10 de 10 👊🏻”

“Such wonderful workers! Great food! I enjoyed my experience here and I will definitely be returning with my friends!!😋”

“★★★★★ I had such a great experience at Esquina Del Sazon! The food was fresh, flavorful, and tasted homemade. Everything came out hot and well-seasoned, and the portions were worth the price. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the overall atmosphere was really comfortable. Definitely one of the best spots for good authentic food. I’ll for sure be coming back!”

“We arrived on a Monday around 10:30 am. We were immediately greeted. What stood out was the friendly environment and how clean it was. I saw a lady cleaning whenever she wasn’t attending to customers so that was great to see. The food is DELICIOUS and affordable. PARKING in the back. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!”

“Delicious Mexican food 😋 hablan español. Fast and friendly.”

“After living in the Midway area for over 20 years, I can’t believe it took me this long to discover Esquina del Sazón. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out. Both women I interacted with were genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming. The food was exceptional. The steak torta was outstanding and packed with flavor. The real star was the beef soup. It was hands down the best I’ve ever had, with huge tender chunks of beef in a rich, deeply seasoned broth filled with potatoes and carrots. Every bite was delicious and satisfying. I finished eating and immediately had to write this review. It was that good. On a cold Chicago January night, that soup was absolute perfection.”

“A hidden gem on the south side of Chicago in a quaint neighborhood . The warm and enthusiastic greetings were genuine and heartfelt . Made me feel like I was at a family members home and the food tasted just like my grandma's cooking . An overall GREAT experience . I drove out here all the way from Oak Lawn and well worth the drive . Paloma and Eileen have this hospitality thing down packed . Five stars at every turn . Highly recommended”
“Hands down one of the best Mexican food restaurants in the city. Their flavors never miss. You will receive high quality flavors at affordable prices. I received a delivery item that i would have never ordered myself and usually dislike. I tried this out of curiosity and my mind was blown. Only this restaurant could make tacos de chile rellenos taste so good.”
