“Some of the best mexican food I have eaten in a long time. Very close to UIC, safe neighborhood, excellent service, will definitely go again soon!”

“Super friendly staff! And the food was amazing had street tacos and street corn and we'll worth it. Food came out quick and hot. Highly recommend”

“My friends and I stopped in for lunch and had a great time. Everyone was so friendly and the service was amazing. We got the enchiladas, super steak burrito, and milanesa torta. Food was yummy and fresh to order. Thank you!!”

“Favorite chilaquiles in the city. They’re cooked together with scrambled egg. Chips absorb that salsa but are still crunchy. The carne asada is really special. Good quality meat, tender and juicy. Somehow it tastes charcoal grilled even though it’s made inside on the griddle. Burritos are bomb. Salsa verde is powerful spicy & they have a nice mild tomato red salsa with fresh cilantro that is a good counter to the hot hot green. The family that runs the business is very sweet.”

“Family owned and operated restaurant. They'll remember you here, for sure! Very friendly service, sometimes a little bit of a wait as they make it to order and can get busy! Recommendations: #1 Chile relleno tacos! Also like their daily specials, beef tacos, homemade chips and salsa, Beef Tongue / Lengua tacos Very cheap daily specials including a can of soda! You will get free chips and salsa if you dine in! Wheelchair access!! They have an indoor wheelchair elevator at the front door ❤️”

“Food was tasty, staff was nice and friendly, but the portions were a little small for the price, the Chile rellenos and the flautas were smaller then my hand, for $13.50, it would be nice if they were a little bigger, other then that everything was good”

“Ridiculously small portion for $20+. Total ripoff. And the lettuce smells like it’s been soaked for 2 days.”

“NOPE!! I feel scammed!!! $18 for a thin burrito. This no weight!! I remeber when the family cared about the customer and now they are a money grab. Never again!!!”
“Supporting this family-owned business delivers a fresh, flavorful reward! The chiles relleno dinner was excellent, the torta al pastor VERY satisfying, and the pollo super burrito was exquisitely spiced.”
