We were visiting Chicago for a few days and of course we had to try the food! I haven’t had meat in about 9 years and thought it would be a challenge while out of town but I’m so glad we found this place! Exceeded expectations! I had the hot Italian sandwich, delicious!! Almost went back the second day also.

Vegetarian and Vegan paradise. This location is 2 restaurants in one. A vegan one and a soul food one. So many amazing options if you are done settling for what passes as vegetarian options at most restaurants. Very chill vibe with a full bar. Highly recommended

At this particular, "Can't Believe Its Not Meat," you'll realize that this is attached to and/or inside of Soul Vibez. If you're looking to grab a seat and eat; it maybe close to impossible without waiting an extensive amount of time. I purchased my meal as a pick up online 30 minutes ahead and still waited roughly 15-20 minutes. I will say the meal itself was still popping hot after walking back to the hotel. Now for the meal itself; it was absolutely delicious! If you're wanting to try a vegan italian beef sandwhich (Because hey! Thats one of Chicago staples) try it from here! It was absolutely amazing. The meal came with fries. Don't forget to ask for condiments because they wont place it in the bag. It was reasonable priced for vegan food and worth every dollar.

The brunch menu alone is worth the visit — creative, satisfying, and made with so much love. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing, but let me tell you… the patty melt is next level. Crispy, melty, savory perfection that hits all the right notes. And don’t even get me started on the Oreo shake — thick, creamy, and indulgent without being too sweet. They offer both vegan and non vegan options! I had the vegan steak and potatoes and OMG ❤️ idk what kind of vegan it is but it was amazing. I cleaned the plant. It almost tasted like Salisbury steak lol. The passion fruit smoothie was also great!

Was in town for fun. I'm vegan & had the shrimp 🍤 po boy. One of the best vegan meals I've ever had. Fries were fresh and delicious. Bread was light and perfectly complemented the "shrimp." The vegan cheeze sause was also a perfect complement!! Really great service. The staff is very friendly 😁. I also really enjoyed the 90s music that I grew up listening to blasting in the restaurant 😄. LOVED IT. Will definitely be back. EXCELLENT experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

the food was so good!! i got the italian not beef. it was definitely the sandwich i’ve been dreaming of since going vegetarian back in 2015. also the person taking our order was so kind & had a great personality. i even ordered a second sandwich to go. can’t wait to come back soon!!

My company ordered catering from CBINM and I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, because this was a STELLAR meal and catering experience! Our employees were FLOORED by the incredible quality and flavor of the food. We worked with Sheree (who is so incredibly kind and helpful!) to order the crunchwraps, grilled cheese burgers, philly cheesesteak eggrolls, and fries! All of the food arrived hot and fresh, just as if it came out straight from the kitchen. Nothing was lacking in flavor whatsoever, every bite was perfectly seasoned. This was our first time ordering an all-vegetarian lunch, and I think this meal convinced our employees that incredible food can also be meatless! We will absolutely be ordering from CBINM again in the future, and recommend them for office catering as well!
