Fresh, flavorful and nutritious Mediterranean food options. I have visited other locations in the city, and the West Loop location is of consistent quality. Visited on a Sat - staff was very nice, and restaurant was clean. Highly likely to return if I am in West Loop.

I ordered take out from their website for lunch. I Roti’s spicy steak with rice, cucumber salad and pickled red onions bowl super delicious topped with their dill yogurt dressing. 🤤 Couldn’t resist to also order their hummus and falafel! I love the fact that they email you letting you know your order is being prep or if it’s ready for pick up. Would definitely recommend anyone to come and try this place. You can taste the freshness of their meals.

Fresh, FRESH, fReSh! IN LOVE with this place!!!! Four stars because I ordered through Uber eats, paid for a pita, and did not receive it! Still highly recommend though!

“The food is great.”

The food is great. It was one my favorite places but recently I see portion size reduced and the price went up. I think the portion size is small only in this location as I haven't experienced the same in other locations. You would barely find proteins even though I asked for extra protein in my order. 😀

The food was good however I wish that the vegetables would of been evenly distributed in the pita. It would of made my enjoying the food a million times better. I also wish that they would of made recommendations as far as what choices go well with the dish I choose since it was my first time coming also my last time coming by the way. The guy who helped with the second part of our order was a young fellow and extremely unpleasant, and not helpful. I asked what sauces he had and acted as if I should know, when asked about the kids meals he responded with a bad attitude 😒. When asked what sauces he were not spicy for the children look he was just a like a hole. Then I choose 2 different ones he basically rushed and gave me 2 of the mango and I told him I just wanted 1 and didn't give me the other one so I said okay fine. At this point I could just walked away with 5 orders of food almost complete but we were hungry and I would off. The chubby man with the funny hair cut was rude. The food was alright I jist wish it would of been evenly distributed. All together my kids loved there bowls with rice I tried them and it really was delicious. I think good customer service can make or break a business. For those reasons i will never return to this location. I'd rather walk down the street. I gave them 2 stars because the girl who helped me with the first portion of the order was very nice and helpful I wish she would of continued but the one guy jumped right in. Anyway the restaurant wasn't the cleanest the tables we had were dirty and so where the next few next to us.
