“Best Nopales Tacos in the city. Consistently so delicious every time! BYOB too!”

“My favorite tacos in the city. I usually get a shrimp taco and a steak taco, but every taco I've had has been fantastic. The free homemade chips and salsa are top notch, as are the two sauces that are provided in squeeze bottles. I've always had the same server, who's very nice and patient. You pay at the front after receiving your bill, and the staff at the front desk is also always very nice. My friend got the al pastor taco this time, which was fantastic.”

“I loved this joint. Food was amazing, service was great. Some of the best horchata I've ever had in my life... I highly recommend and I will be back...”

“10/10 best tacos and horchata A must go too especially on Tuesdays!”

“I recently visited La Biznaga Mexican Restaurant to satisfy my craving for chicken tamales. The service was impressively fast, and the waiter was attentive throughout my meal. The complimentary chips and salsa were a nice start, and the chicken tamales arrived hot and packed with spice. They were quite fiery, but the accompanying salad helped balance out the heat. I also tried a chicken taco, which had good flavor but was a bit on the dry side. The restaurant itself is a decent size with a cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to dine. If you're looking for spicy, flavorful tamales, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!”

“A gem of a Mexican place with food that slaps and portion sizes that make you grab a box to go. My friends liked the horchata!”

“Cozy little Mexican restaurant off Broadway. It’s a lot bigger once you get inside with two separate dining rooms. The servers and cooks are all really nice too. The chips and salsa you get when you dine in are great. The salsa comes steaming hot with a spoon, which was different than what I’m used to but very good. The elote was solid with cotija cheese and chile powder. I got 3 tacos - birria dip, carne asada, and chorizo. My favorite was the chorizo which packed so much flavor. The birria and asada were just all right, but lacking a bit of flavor. I thought it was going to be more of a quesabirria but it didn’t come with cheese or any consommé; it was just a street taco with birria meat, onion, and cilantro.”

“Walked in to order a burrito since they don't have online ordering and had my order within 5 minutes. Pretty good al pastor but there was a whole lime peel that must have accidentally been tossed in that I bit into. Took a lot of water to get the sour taste out of my mouth. Overall, fast service and good food but a little grossed out by the lime.”

“Burrito was good, but save your money for restaurants that are transparent to their customers and aren’t charging customers a fee for paying taxes and tips. During payment, the bill included an unexplained 3% surcharge that included the tax and tip in its calculation. In other words, you will be charged extra for paying taxes, and the more you tip, the more you will be charged. There was no disclosure of the surcharge at any point prior to payment, the staff could not explain the surcharge or where it was disclosed (if at all), and there was no option to decline the surcharge. Burrito was good, but not worth the hidden fees and lack of transparency.”
