“The Usual Korean Dishes, Beef Bulgogi, soon du boo spicy tofu soup, and Bimbimbop stone rice bowl”

“Savory and hearty dishes. We ordered the beef and vegetable soup and stir fried squid, if you like spicy food these are a must.”

“Family place with fast friendly service and wonderful dinners with banchan.Bandhan. Glad we ventured in! Would eat here again.”

“This is an updated review: 07/12/25 Picked up 2 orders of their bibimbop. Very disappointed in the portions: there is only like an ounce of bulgogi, if even that. For $15, there should be more meat. We go to other bibimbop restaurants and there is 4 times the beef. Original review: We were in the neighborhood looking for lunch, pulled up this place on Google and saw it had good reviews. Was planning on getting carry-out since we weren't sure they had dine-in available but saw a couple eating in there and so we ate inside the restaurant. This place did not disappoint! Food was very tasty AND great service. We will definitely be back to try some other dishes. 😋”

“Deep rich delicious flavors with a great spread of tangy kimchi.”

“Casual place for korean food. Really good food and nice people! Parking in the back. Came in clutch for labor day and a monday. Would come back again.”

“No nonsense kind of a place. We had the buckwheat noodle , fried Mandu and bulgogi. The dishes tasted good but not outstanding. Banchans were lack luster, the server was efficient.”

“No doubt they swrve besr goat meat soup in Chicago. But lately...the price went up, and was really disappointed with pajun. Charging $17 for this seafoodless pancake? Come on now. How is this pancake appetizer more expensive than goat meat soup? Pancake is literally made with some flour, green onion, onion, pepper, egg and frozen seafood. Cant be more than $2. This is outrageous. I love the soup but man, their appetizer price for what they serve is not good at all.”

“The main menu was same as before(almost), but bleach smell was terrible….”
“A hole in the wall, mom and pop restaurant. Food was good, it felt very cozy in there like you were eating at a grandparents house! I enjoyed it!”
“We had steamed dumplings as an appetizer, and each ordered the hot stone bibim bap. The dumplings were perfect to tide us over until bibim bap arrived. The dumplings sauce was nice, but it could stand some additional spiciness. Remember to ask for the hot sauce to add to the sauce next time. We also really enjoyed my favorite dish, bibim nap with it's variety of bulgogi beef, bean sprouts, spinach, etc and a generous amount of the gojujan sauce on the side. The small side dishes with pickled daikon radish, kim chi, marinated potatoes and marinated gluten always add additional flavors and textures the already delicious bibim bap. I would recommend this restaurant for its flavorful and generous Korean dishes, good service, and homey feel to the place.”
