Ordered delivery so can’t speak to the restaurant experience! I got both the Spicy Quartz and Spicy Garnet (both vegan), and my partner got the standard Spicy Quartz. Takeout portions were pretty decent but add-ons were pricey (vegan Garnet does not come standard with tofu, an extra $2). We thought the ramen was flavorful and had an acceptable amount of noodles and veggies. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned, we both had extremely pungent, painful and…explosive… digestive issues a few hours after eating this ramen. We might consider trying the food again (at the restaurant next time) when we need to clear out our system, lol.

This ramen place is the perfect stop during a cold winter day. I went with a large group and we all loved what we got. I couldn’t decide between the yuzu or green tea iced drinks so the waiter made a mixed concoction for me and it was delicious. Overall, great food and great service!

10/10!!!! This was perfect on a cold day. I enjoyed the Garnet ramen with spicy pork. The salmon crudo was my favorite part of the meal. Perfection. Also enjoyed the yuzu lemonade and a few lives of sashimi. Our lovely waiter Brian needs a big ol raise!

Found this place while looking for good ramen to eat with a vegetarian friend and they were excellent. Both my vegetarian friend and I very much enjoyed our food. A highlight for her was she was easily able to adjust the vegan option to vegetarian and include egg. I got the spicy garnet with pork and really enjoyed it. Great for vegans vegetarians and meat eaters alike!

“The food was so good!”

The food was so good!! We did wait a while for the waiter to give us our bill and finally pay and he even gave us the wrong bill LOL I think he was working most tables alone… poor guy lol but regardless he was super nice , the whole staff was nice. Definitely will be back.

Well I would say it's a hidden gem but it's not really a secret in the neighborhood how good this place is. As it's right around the corner from my home, I was able to go to their opening week. Authentic Japanese Ramen. If your craving that this is the place to go. Stuff is pretty flavorful but note Ramen can be a bit salty. I personally love the garlic and garnet. The noodles are one of a kind but what is the best is the broth. Though it seems to me portion sizes and prices have altered. It's understandable considering the inflation. They also have excellant rice bowls and suishi as alternatives. Service is really really good. Their always friendly and attentive staff here. Always able to give good recommendations. The resturant itself is still quite beautiful. Modern yet still very authentically Japanese. Parking a bit crazy with the street parking and many resturants but the side streets have spots. Very good for a date spot and to bring out of town guest too. But also when your really craving Ramen.

Went here solo. Easy menu, great selection of both vegan and normal menu items! Cocktail list is small but they have a couple flights that I'll be back to try, I got the spicy veggie ramen and the fried Brussel sprouts, and it was delicious. Only reason I docked on service was because my drink came out after I reminded my server that I had ordered it, and it came after my food. Coming from someone who serves, it also took her a bit too long to check on me to get my check. Happens to the best of us though, and I'll definitely be back.

Simply WOW! This place was great! The ramen was absolutely amazing – one of the best I've had in Chicago and honestly, in my life. The broth was the richest and most flavorful I've ever tasted. The quality of the ingredients was amazing. We also ordered a bowl of rice with pork, and it was so delicious we had to order another! Service was very good and accommodating for us and our little kid. Loved it!
