PHO EVER RAMEN &BUBBLE TEA HOUSE — a japanese spot in Evanston. The kind of spot that earns loyalty, not hype. You can taste the generations behind this. Open late. Reese M: "I feel like I’m at home and the service is the best"

“The food was great and customer service is on top.”
The food was great and customer service is on top. Waiter was very polite, helpful and positive. Also the restaurant has a good location near university. We ordered Pho and Udon and both of these dishes were very delicious and portions of dishes are huge therefore we were very full. Also the prices are affordable. Will definitely visit again if we will be in Evanston again!

“I wanted some late night ramen and this place was so good.”
I wanted some late night ramen and this place was so good! The service was great and friendly. I loved the ramen I ordered. Very flavorful. I got the spicy tonkatsu and it was perfect. Not too spicy but just right. The chicken spring rolls with peanut sauce are good too! Will definitely go back ❤️

“This was an interesting restaraunt.”
This was an interesting restaraunt. I mean that in a sincere way. When my wife and I entered there was nobody to seat us and the chef hard at work in the kitchen by himself. A regular restaraunt patron may find this strange and for a moment I did too until I realized that is because we have come to expect immediate gratification from restaraunts. Though I enjoyed the moment of calm so I could take in the awesome atmosphere. This place is the real deal. This is a real small business with some of the healthiest tasting ramen I think I've ever had. If you're looking for junk food, this isn't going to be your spot, but hear me out. This bowl of noodles is big with some really subtle flavor that is really rather pleasant. The tea comes from the Kung Fu Tea next door and the thai tea was solid. I've had a lot of different ramen spots in my day but I was happy with my meal because I left full without clogged arteries.

Great ramen. Great little place well decorated with quick service and no frills. One of the best ramen outside Japan. Really loved this place.

“Honestly, I can't wait to go again.”
Honestly, I can't wait to go again. The waitress was really nice and helped us a lot with what to order. I got an order of gyoza and the Waygu Beef Ramen and it was so delicious. Buttery and spicy! The store is decorated really cute and they have a projector to show anime. They offer milk teas from Kung Fu Tea right next door and three dessert options: Japanese cheesecake, mochi and tiramisu. Please go support them! It's delicious!

Outstanding ramen! I had the creamy vegan ramen and it was the perfect amount of spice and a good amount of noodles. Will be coming back asap!

“I went in with every intention to eat ramen, but changed my mind to try their pork bun vermicelli...”
I went in with every intention to eat ramen, but changed my mind to try their pork bun vermicelli noodle salad because I was too hot and sweaty to eat soup that day. It was pretty tasty. In addition to the bun vermicelli noodle salad, they also sell ramen, pho, don, fried rice, and Kung Fu Tea from next door. I was too full to try their desserts. Customer service was excellent. I’d go back. *edit* Went back a couple more times and tried their chicken pho and ramen. Chicken pho was average. Ramen was not bad. Chashu was not as tender as I’m used to for ramen. I’d give it 3.9/5. Still a good eats spot, plenty of self-pay parking out front, decent pricing for Evanston, and solid customer service.

“This is a great spot, and they opened only one month ago.”
This is a great spot, and they opened only one month ago. I had the miso ramen, which came with a hanjuku egg, thin sliced chashu and al dente noodles in a mildly sweet miso broth. I finished the bowl in a matter of minutes. Service here is outstanding and the atmosphere is very relaxing, literally with ambient/meditative music playing.
