Amazing Experience at Happi Sushi! Had an incredible time at Happi Sushi in Highland Park. Jeff and his team made us feel so welcome — top-notch service! The oyster shooter was a must-try, the Fire Dragon roll was delicious, and the bulgogi tacos hit the spot. Not to mention the complementary appetizers 🙏🏻 Everything was super fresh, and the ice-cold Sapporo in a chilled mug was the perfect touch. Highly recommend!🔥😋

Visiting Happi Susie's new spot after their relocation was a treat! The modern interior and spacious atmosphere made for a wonderful dining experience. From Crunch dragon to Fire Dragon Godzilla and Yellow Tail Sashimi, every bite impressed, but Rice Cracker stole the show! Kudos, Happi Susie!

Happy Sushi – A Fresh New Spot Worth Visiting I recently visited Happy Sushi, a newly opened Japanese restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was stunning, with beautiful windows that let in natural light and a thoughtfully designed interior that felt both modern and welcoming. The food was outstanding, easily surpassing other sushi places in the area. We ordered a mix of dishes, including Rice Crackers, Yellowtail Sashimi, and a variety of specialty rolls like the Crunch Dragon, Fire Dragon, and Godzilla Roll. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and impeccably presented. If you're looking for a top-tier sushi experience in a gorgeous setting, I highly recommend giving Happy Sushi a try!

As a local, Ravinia resident, I'm glad Happi Sushi picked the corner spot for the block after 2 years of being available as new construction. It gives the neighborhood more life and aesthetic. Service was quite relaxed but very friendly, so no complaints. Very Nice, enjoyable Al fresco dining at the corner. Miso soup was enjoyable and the tempura shrimp was delish. The Japanese Ramune soda was unjustifiably priced / expensive at $6 +Tax + tip for a 200ml soda - that needs adjusting even after account for inflation. New Bathrooms are fresh and clean, and I LOVE they are ALL GENDER. However, they really need a paper towel dispenser in there close to the door, otherwise impossible to open the door handle without re-soiling hands after washing. While the fish and avocado is fresh enough, the rice is not great with gummy texture and spongy nori on the inside. Overall, I want them to do very well in the neighborhood and will continue to patronize them.

Best sushi in town! Jeff and Sam are masters of their craft, you can’t go wrong with Happi Sushi! Salmon Lover & Fire Dragon rolls, now my tummy is happi ☺️

This quiet little sushi restaurant has delightful rolls and quality Nigiri. If I lived in town this would be my go to place. The colorful roll is the caterpillar with black rice and the other the fiesta Roll with black rice

Enjoyed the lunch special Korean bbq bento box! A good amount of food for a good price. Called in my order to pick up and the server was very nice. The rice for the California rolls was too wet though.

Happi is a great local spot if you're in the Ravinia or Botanic Garden area to grab some quality sushi at a casual and fun environment! They have some great chef special entrees featuring enough rolls to fill you up at an unbelievable deal! The servers are great as well, and the location really convenient being right across from the Ravinia Metra Station! I'd definitely recommend visiting if you're in the mood for some sushi!!
