“I Had ordered the 1/4 jerk chicken white lunch special, which includes red beans and rice and cabbage. No bread wasn't included. Sauce was included with the 1/4. Up next was an large order of oxtails dinner, which comes with red beans and rice, cabbage and a half of plantine with bread no sauce. only for the oxtails The 1/4 white looked good and taste great. Including; The oxtails dinner was delicious. Although, the portions are very small for Both of these wonderful meal. I felt like I had order an appetizers instead of a full meals. Before I dig in I took some photos of these beautiful dishes. Unfortunately, I'm still hungry after 1 hour later; after eating the oxtail dinner. 3 oxtails? They have to do better with the portions. A whooping $37.49. Check out the photos below.”
“I usually don't eat at jerk restaurants because the majority of the food is spicy and I'm do not like spicy food. But while here in Chicago visiting we did stop here they have lots of items on the menu that were not spicy. I ended up with the chicken stew with red beans and rice and cabbage and all I can say is omg this food is so damn good! I would have loved to leave a picture of the actual food itself but because I didn't think about it and I was hungry and I went in on this food I'm just going to leave a picture of what I still have left. Lol”

“Place is a solid 4 stars. I’ve had jerk chicken all over the city and this place is delicious. Yes I would have liked it to be more juicy and the cabbage a bit softer but hey it’s good. Also the spice level is mild. I’ll be back. Service was friendly. Seem like the prices are good for lunch but I have to see the portion before making final judgement.”
