“We had an absolutely amazing time at this Jamaican restaurant.”

We had an absolutely amazing time at this Jamaican restaurant! The food was beyond incredible—we had oxtail, catfish, lamb, and jerk chicken, all perfectly seasoned and tender. But let me tell you, the rice and peas stole the show. I’ve had plenty before, but this one? To die for. Easily the best I’ve ever had. The cabbage salad was so fresh and melted in my mouth, the perfect balance to the richness of the dishes. I had a rum punch that was dangerously smooth and delicious, and for dessert, a chocolate rum cake that completely surprised me. I usually don’t like chocolate, but this was so well made, I didn’t even realize it had alcohol in it. Just rich, moist perfection.🤤 Priscilla, our server, was warm and attentive, and Carter, who I believe was the manager, kept checking in to make sure everything was great. The service made the experience even better.🥰 Truly a 10/10 evening. We’ll definitely be back!

“The food is plated well.”

The food is plated well. The lambchops were definitely a nice size, and you get a great portion!!. The cabbage was delicious. I wish they gave me more, lol. The red beans were ok kinda dry, though (wish they offered a gravy), and had more of a sweeter taste. I honestly just love gravy with my beans and rice. The beef patty tasted like it was a frozen one. For the money spent, I wish it would have been made fresh. But it was five dollars. The rum punch was delicious. In total, our bill came out to be a little over 200 dollars. We had 4 rum punches, 2 beef Patty's, and we both got the lambchops dinner.

“Stopped in for dinner as I walked in..”

Stopped in for dinner as I walked in... wasn't greeted say less make my way to the bar. Grabbed a seat bartender was busy but didn't wait too long before I ordered a Jamaican Old Fashion 8.5. This a different twist to my favorite drink made with Mountain Gay Black Rum with bitters it was good and had a kick to it. For my meal I went with Curry Chicken which was excellent hands down 9.6. The meal came with cabbage, red beans and rice plus plantains which pairs perfectly with the well marinated chicken. Nothing really missed here I was pleased from start to finish with this meal. I finished with their rum punch 8.4., it was strong but i thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, the vibe is lively with Jamaican music heavily playing in the background to bounce too. 9.1.

“Loved this restaurant.”

Loved this restaurant! Cute inside and our food came out fast and was very yummy. We got the honey jerk wings, rice and peas, and beef patty. Janeen was our server and she was sweet and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Celebrated #56 here with my sweet family! It was just simply worth it!!! The lamb chops were the size of pork chops! There were succulent, savory, so well-seasoned. Everything that I ate was delicious. The atmosphere was live and vibrant. I would celebrate a birthday at this establishment any day!!!

“I love coming here.”

I love coming here. This is my first time coming back since becoming vegan. I got a salad and the stew. The stew was delicious. The plantains were amazing. We sat outside instead of inside. The vibe was great. The staff is always friendly. This is a great place to eat.

great ambiance, great service and good food! the cabbage was to die for and the plantains were cooked perfectly! i knew the jerk sauce would be spicy but i think there was some type of vegetable in my meal that made me taste something overly spicy. i had to eat the bread to cool my mouth down!

I went to this restaurant on 7/22/2022. This restaurant has the perfect vibe and employees for any time of the day. I went for lunch and had the chicken curry with sweet tea. Entrées automatically come with sides that was awesome as well. It was really good and I enjoyed the man who was serving me. Definitely coming back!!

“The jerk lamb is a MUST have.”

The jerk lamb is a MUST have. I ordered the appetizer. It was seasoned to perfection and cooked just right. I recommend medium. Tip: Get the jerk sauce on the side if you're unsure about your spice tolerance. The jerk chicken entrée (pictured) was amazing. And finally the rum cake (pictured) with a shot of rum for a little extra mmph! There are no words. Chef's kiss. I would definitely recommend. All around great experience. The service was excellent. The drinks... heavy pour. This place is a gem.
