We had a wonderful experience at Volare. The food was outstanding across the board and absolutely lived up to its reputation, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the service. Our server, Giuliano, provided the best service I have experienced so far. He was incredibly warm, respectful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Everything felt effortless and welcoming from start to finish, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I was also deeply impressed that Volare offers a Chinese menu. This is very rare and speaks volumes about how much the restaurant respects its customers, regardless of where they come from. It made ordering easier and showed a level of thoughtfulness that you do not often see. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and genuine care for guests. We will absolutely be coming back and recommending Volare to others.

“I hardly know where to begin.”

I hardly know where to begin. We started with a perfect bottle of Chianti, fresh warm bread, Vongole al Forno and a Caesar salad. Our entrees were Gnocchi alla Vodka and Pollo Arrosto alla Diavola. Everything was amazing from presentation to the incredible flavors. Our server Alex couldn’t have been more perfect! He was so friendly, warm and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell he loves his job. My sister and I enjoyed a such wonderful evening together. Experience 11/10!

Old school Italian at its best, downtown. Great marinara sauce, that is enough said. It is a great spot for a casual Italian comfort food, nothing fancy and the prices are very reasonable giving the current economy. Great staff and attentive services. The seafood squid ink pasta or the risotto would be my go to, period. Reservation strongly recommended.

A real taste of Italy! 🇮🇹 Everything was absolutely delicious! The minestrone soup was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. And the truffle pizza… OMG, mind-blowing! 🤯 Thin crust, the aroma of truffle, and that creamy topping - just perfection. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and you can truly feel the love they put into every dish. ❤️🍕🥣

Our server Joana was sweet and attentive. Everything was so delicious and they give generous portions. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, the insalata di mare was my favorite thing but the pollo a diavola was a close second. The vibe was so nice inside and very intimate. I can’t wait to come back and try everything else!

Went there with my family for our last dinner before leaving Chicago and I could not be happier. The wine selection was amazing and the food was to die for. I knew it was going to be good the moment I smelled the food. We had the grilled seafood and the tartufo pizza and both were amazing.

The Gnocchi alla vodka transported me back to Italy. The gnocchi was the perfect combination of a slight chew while melting in your mouth. The sauce was delicious. The atmosphere was great. The service was fantastic as well. Our server was nice, gave great suggestions, and our glasses were always full. I will be going back!
