“They have a buffet deal certain days of the week, it's all good you can probably go every day there's a buffet the food changes up so there's not a lot of repetitive stuff, From left to right they have a soups and salads section with a bunch of dressings”

I haven't been here in years and my girl seen videos they make on Facebook so we went in and the food was so freaking good the waitress was awesome and the owner homemade food here i recommend to everyone. My girl ordered the Alfredo pasta and I ordered the veal parm.

Simply incredible! Lauren is fantastic. The broasted chicken is well worth the wait... it is delicious! This place is absolutely phenomenal. John is fantastic too. Please keep up the great work and I look forward to returning for great customer service and excellent food. I am a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines (25 years) and I will recommend this place to everyone that I encounter.

It’s truly an honor and a blessing to have a place like this in our neighborhood. Vince and Mary started their first restaurant back in 1956 at 87th and Sangamon, and their legacy lives on here at the current location since 1967. This is an old-school, classic Italian Chicago, family-run restaurant is full of heart. They serve the best food on the South Side because every dish is made with LOVE and tradition. Thank you to John, Mickey, and the whole family for keeping this Chicago treasure alive for all of us!

Everything I've had is so flavorful and tasty. What keeps me wanting to come back are the seafood pastas - I love the garlic wine sauce and clean the bowl every time. Never skimping on the proteins and tasting super fresh. Also cheaper than any restaurant for the portion size.

This place is a must! I have never seen bigger portions in my life! I swear one meal is enough for four meals. They give you so much sauce, which is homemade, and the service is second to none. Very cozy, clean and beautiful atmosphere.

This Family owned Italian restaurant and pizzeria is legit. The restaurant was passed down to the current owner, who was so friendly. He knew we were flight attendants on a layover and came over to talk to us about the family owned restaurant and see how if we enjoyed our dinner. It was delicious and definitely affordable. The food took a little longer to come out but that was because it is a made from scratch kitchen. Excellent service!!!

Ordered to pick up 2 pizza’s, a sausage and mushroom and a pepperoni 🍕 9.1 rating out of 10 👍 Excellent crispy crust, holds up the ingredients well, not too thick. I love the sauce! They cooked it to perfection. 👍🍕

I really wish I lived closer to this incredible establishment but I am seeing the strain of life caving this place in ND it's very sad. The food is still top notch but being a take out place now is painful to see the empty dining seats. Thank you Vinces.
