“Whenever we travel to Chicago and wherever we are, we make it to Tahoora for sweets. They are always delicious.”

“Best place for Indian / Pakistani sweets and also snacks. If we go on lunch times there will be a long queue... Good tea and snacks options so... Located in Devon-Chicago....”

“The ideal place for Desi sweets. I made sure to visit every time I went to Chicago. Simply the best in the sweets business.”

“Tahoora is a hidden gem for anyone who loves authentic Indian snacks and tea. I stopped by for tea and it was absolutely perfect—fresh, flavorful, and exactly the kind of comfort you expect from a great Indian bakery. The aroma of baked snacks fills the place, making it feel warm and welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it a great spot to take a break and enjoy a cup of tea. Highly recommend Tahoora for quality, taste, and a genuine experience”

“We had no plan to visit this place ,we just stopped by and ended up finding a great spot. They have plenty of South Asian sweets, and I tried the Pistachio and Mango Falooda. Both tasted really good, but the Pistachio Falooda was the best. The prices also feel very reasonable. I bought half a pound of Cham Cham and received 6 pieces. They tasted really good. I’ll definitely visit again to try the other options. A must-visit place for sweet lovers!”

“I would say they have a good variety of sweets. I was there in the evening, and the line was already long, but it didn’t take too long for them to take the order. However, I noticed they only had a few staff members at the counter, and sometimes they didn’t take the order details carefully, which caused some delays. I liked the gulab jamun, even though it was a bit too sweet for me. The falooda was perfect. I recommend to taste both flavors (pistachio and mango). I would definitely recommend this place to friends.”

“Something is wrong here, place is completely empty. Oh man they surely changed hands here nothing is the same. Tea and sweets are not the same quality as before. Waste of money”
“Tahoora is well known in Chicago on Devon Avenue they serve sweets ,bun kabab, burgers , chai tea and so on. Clean place and family friendly.”
“Best place to get authentic Desi sweets on Devon street. The falooda is the best! Breakfast is also excellent.”
“I had a fantastic experience at this Indian sweets shop recently. The sweets were fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The jalebi was crispy and perfectly sweet, while the barfi melted in the mouth. The shop itself was very clean and well maintained, creating a pleasant shopping experience. The staff members were welcoming and helped us select a variety of sweets for a family gathering. Everyone loved the taste and freshness of the desserts.”
