Omg I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!! Make sure you book a reservation so you dont have to wait for seating (walk-ins may take a minute to be seated). The seafood trio was amaaaazing!! Very flavorful. For drinks, I ordered the Randolph with tequila (the regular is vodka) and Madison & Pulaski (pictured is the Madison & Pulaski). Soooo good! Berdan was an excellent bartender with great customer service!! 10/10 experience. I'll be back once I return to Chicago!

“Everything was phenomenal.”

Everything was phenomenal! The seafood tower, the seafood trio, the fried lobster tails and the crab cakes were OFF THE CHAIN! Our waitress, Linda, was the absolute best! This was our first time here, but not the last!!

I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Provare. Our waiter CiCi was very attentive, patient, and helpful with food/alcoholic beverages choices. We ordered the Lobster Bisque and Seafood Trio. Drinks of choice were Cottage Grove & Madison/Pulaski. We were celebrating our Anniversary and CiCi gave us a lil sum sum ❤️

I actually asked where they got her from. lol She was that good, extremely attentive and patient. When we were leaving the security and other people managing the front of the house were so nice, telling goodbye.

I visited this establishment to celebrate my 10 year anniversary, and I have nothing but good things to say about the food, service and atmosphere. The food was nicely prepared with generous portions, and if you’re a seafood lover like me then this is the place to be! Our waiter was very attentive during our dinner as well. She suggested great cocktails to pair with our dinner, and she made sure all our food was cooked and served perfectly. This establishment played 90s R&B throughout the night, and it definitely set the vibe for all the patrons there. For 2 people, we spent $225+, and it was well worth it! I look forward to returning❤️

Lamb chops are the #1 item on the menu. The Asparagus was the best I ever had. 🙌🏾 The salmon egg rolls and Smash Burger were a hit too. Great Customer Service upon entry. Welcomed in with a free Rum Punch Shot.

“Dinner at Provarè was an amazing experience.”

Dinner at Provarè was an amazing experience! We did NYE dinner here and they were incredibly hospitable. The drinks were awesome and the food was amazing. Spinach artichoke dip was a crowd pleasing appetizer. They were also great about food allergies, one of our guests was lactose intolerant and they were able to provide him accommodations. We will be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – A Beautiful Night at Provaré Provaré is truly a gem in Chicago. The location is perfect, and the space itself is absolutely beautiful—inviting, stylish, and the kind of place that sets the tone for a great night. We started with the salmon egg rolls and the Caesar salad, and both were incredible. The flavors were fresh, thoughtful, and so well executed. For our entrées, we had the cognac shrimp scampi and the chicken Alfredo, and they were just as impressive—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really made the night special, though, was the service. Our server, Kat, was amazing—attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. And Gabby added such a fun, lively energy to the environment. Together, they made the evening feel personal and memorable. From start to finish, the food, the atmosphere, and the service were all exceptional. It was a very special night, and I can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I celebrated our birthdays today and we enjoyed everything. The atmosphere was everything, from walking in the door with the lovely greeting, our servers (Kiara/Nia), and the amazing food. We will definitely be back and I'm also a NIU Huskie like Chef Jourdan. Great experience.
