My goodness. If you want to feel like part of a movie in your dining experience, visit Pazzo's. The statue, the windows, the ceiling, food, overall ambiance is just chef's kiss. We went for lunch where its not as busy but still good. They appeared to have an "express" line but we sat for full lunch and enjoyed ourselves heartily.

We hosted our wedding and reception at Pazzo’s last week and let me tell you, it is the PERFECT venue! My husband and I knew the second we walked in that there was something special about it. And then we met the Venue Coordinator, Rali! The most helpful, most AMAZING woman! She was so helpful from the second we toured the space to the last few minutes of our reception, she made everything was perfect! Her team works so hard to ensure a flawless event! The FOOD! Delicious! Well seasoned and a lot of variety! Our guest raved about how beautiful the space was! From the water fountain, to the glass ceilings, to the gorgeous marble! Everything about this venue was perfect! Thank you so much Pazzo’s! You have our hearts forever!

I hosted my wedding at Pazzo’s in September 2025 and I am so thrilled I found this venue. They are transparent on pricing, Rali, their event coordinator, advocates for her couples and is such a joy to work with. The staff on the day and leading up were full of kindest and ensured our guests had a great time. They set up so beautifully, had everything running so smoothly, I am so grateful we picked this amazing space. The venue is insanely gorgeous and needs little decoration. If you’re wanting a wedding in downtown Chicago, do it at Pazzo’s. The food was great and the drinks were flowing all night long. Thank you to all the Pazzo’s staff for making our wedding the best day!

The space was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and the entire day felt seamless. A huge shoutout to Rali for going above and beyond to make sure every detail was flawless. We had our wedding here and it was amazing! From start to finish, and even afterwards Fay went over the top with her service and the staff delivered on the day of the wedding. So happy we chose Pazzo's at 311 to host our wedding. The venue is beautiful and they really transform the place to everything my wife dreamed of. We did both our wedding and rehearsal dinner here and both night were magical. We wouldn't change a thing and cannot recommend Pazzo's enough.

“Just passing through.”

Just passing through. The manager is amazing; she was so nice and accommodating. My server was cool too. Not sure why I got cheese sticks to start. I think the grease upset my tummy. The breading is pretty thick too. The cheese triangles are your typical resterant style cheese sticks. Pizza and style is always a WIN 🏆
