Pasta D'Arte Trattoria Italiana — among the best italian in Jefferson Park. Honest, uncompromised flavors throughout. You're greeted like a regular, even the first time. Josepha Wilbur: "It was cooked perfectly, not too soft or too hard, and the sauce was rich and flavorful"

“I kept it basic my first time and ordered the spaghetti alla carbonara amazing rich flavors nice fatty pieces of ham not to salty perfect”
Disappointed 😞 We were greated at the door by a hostess who asked at 4:15 pm on a Saturday "Can you be out in an hour and a half?" (We normally don't take that long.) However, we should have taken this as a warning and cut our losses.

“The food and service was great.”
The food and service was great. Carlos was our server and was very hospitable. There is now also a speakeasy in the back of the restaurant with great ambiance and a well curated bar selection.

“What a hidden gem in a city of great Italian food.”
What a hidden gem in a city of great Italian food! There are plenty of great Italian restaurants in Chicago so it can be hard to pick one. Pasta D'Arte has great reviews and lives up to them in so many ways. Quiet, cozy atmosphere with personal and attentive service. Prepared excellent dishes even meet specific dietary needs. Fresh and homemade pastas and bread. My wife order the rigatoni alla vodka, she said hands down that was the best vodka sauce she's ever had. I kept it basic my first time and ordered the spaghetti alla carbonara amazing rich flavors nice fatty pieces of ham not to salty perfect. Best part they are not far from my house! 100% recommend!

“Free Valet to start our experience here was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.”
Free Valet to start our experience here was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Hostess was very friendly, and our server Jose was thorough and had such a positive energy. Everyone chips in to help keep the table clean, waters refilled, etc. We truly had an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone looking for an Italian gem!

I stopped in for a bridal shower, and it was an amazing experience. The bread, meatballs, homemade giardiniera, arancini, barbabietola salad, pollo limone, and bow tie pasta were delicious. We ended our meal with gelato and cappuccino! The service was great.
