The welcome was warm and fast, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful, and the appetizers were excellent. But the pizza… that was a whole different story. It truly deserves to be tried, and I’m already excited to visit again. 🍕

First time trying Chicago deep dish pizza. We ordered small pizza half supreme and half margarita. The margarita pizza was delicious, one of best margaritas I ever had. We also ordered calamari which was excellent and some drinks. Waiter Gabriel was excellent. He knows the products, he was very courteous and attentive. Overall, one of the best experience I had at a restaurant!

“Our server Kerri was very nice.”

Our server Kerri was very nice! We sat at the bar, and talked with a couple of servers and I believe the owner. He told us about the history of the tavern style pizza. The restaurant is fairly small and seating is limited. We knew going in we would have to wait about 30 mins for our food. As soon as it came out of the oven it was delivered to us. I'd never tried a deep dish before, and was very pleased with the flavor! My husband got the tavern style gluten free pizza. It was by far the best GF pizza we've ever had! We highly recommend this place!

I’m leaving a 5 star review after waiting over 2 hours for a table so you know the food and service is good! The double pepperoni deep dish was everyone’s fave. It has classic flavors on an amazing crust. I have always been into NY or thinner crust type pizzas but this has changed me.

WOW 🙌 what an amazing experience at Giordano’s! The famous Special Stuffed Pizza was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly baked. On top of that, the service was outstanding. Our server Chris and the manager Orlando went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. We will definitely be back and 100%+ recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago!

I rarely write Google reviews, but I simply can’t say enough good things about this place! Not only was the deep dish pizza absolutely delicious (and i’m not that big of a pizza person to begin with, but theirs was truly worth trying), but the service was also truly outstanding!! I went by myself as I’m on a solo trip right now and as soon as I walked in i felt right at home! The atmosphere is lovely and the staff was incredibly welcoming; all of them went above and beyond so that I could have a beautiful experience, and I saw them do the same for all of the other customers around me as well! I sadly didn’t catch the name of the very sweet waiter I had, but I namely interracted with Orlando and Anna who were absolute gems!! You can tell they truly care about their work and put their heart into it! If you’re currently looking for the best spot to try deep dish pizza, look no further cause this is it ✨

“Great place, awesome service and excellent food.”

Great place, awesome service and excellent food. The deep dish has been the best one that we have tasted so far, half double pepperoni and the other half was meat on meat. Fresh ingredients, crispy dough and warm cheese and a very cold beer to wash it down. Everything got better thanks to Orlando, the manager, a fellow Panamanian, and the waiter, which unfortunately I didn't get her name. Highly recommended. Giordano's at navy pier. Ask for Orlando and tell him that Raul and alida recommended you.

My kids said they prefer this deep dish, my husband and I say Gino’s is better. This location is small and it can be a long wait, staff isn’t very attentive. There is a spot at the front to order pizza for pick up so you can shop then eat in the common area.

I was in Chicago Downtown for just one day and I wanted to try Chicago style Pizza while I am in Chicago. I went for Goirdano's and I can confidently say that the place did justice to Deep Dish style. We tried one All Vegie Deep Dish and another Chicago Tavern style customized with chicken breasts. Both of them were outstanding. The deep dish was flavourful and Cheesy while the thin crust has this smoky flavour which made it stand out. The ambience is great, the service is outstanding. We certainly annoyed our server but he kept a cool head and served us well with some "not regular" requests. One thing to callout will be that please ensure you have enough time. The baking time is 45 minutes. So you are gonna wait a while if you order Pizza here.

We had the chicago classic deep dish and it was delicious. The option to order when waiting for a table is really smart when the pizza takes about 45 minutes(we were told ahead so not surprised). Plan accordingly if hungry there will be a wait but it is worth it.
