“Great takeout experience at Giordanos. Food was ready for pick-up on time and hot. They mean it when they say extra cheese, the cheese pull was amazing. Only minor complaint was felt like they could have been more generous with the other toppings. Salad was fresh and ranch dressing was yummy!”

“Wanted to try the famous Chicago dip dish pizza. I didn’t know that it takes close to an hour to bake it. Decided to wait. The pizza can have more then one flavor so I ordered the “Chicago Classic” with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions and on the other half I had the “super veggie”. Enjoyed the pizza although I don’t think I would do it again.”
“Ordered online at 4:45 pm. Was told delivery would be between 6 and 6:10. At 645 I had to drive there to find my food bc no one answered the phones. My pizza was still cooking. They couldn't waive the delivery charge or the tip. Got my pizza home after 2 and a half hours to have them put the toppings on it wrong. Dear Giordanos. Either hire more people and pay them better or stop taking orders from a million platforms which bog down the kitchen. Literally the worst place to order pizza from in Chicago.”

“I’ve been a customer here for decades, and while I was very unhappy with the pricing increase that led to my original review, I also believe in giving credit when it’s earned. After reading my review, Natalie stepped in and took the time to address my concerns. As she has done for many years, she provided the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Natalie brought the issue to her manager, George, and together they listened to my concerns and worked to make things right. That level of professionalism and customer care is becoming harder to find. “Great Pizza, excellent delivery. One issue worth mentioning. I think the Irving Park Rd location needs to update their credit card vendor info. They always show up as Irving Park on my statement and more detailed info is Irving Park Cemetery. Amount posted is correct, just the business name is off. Could also be geolocation info or my bank. Kinda comical.”
