I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is consistently amazing, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Breanne, the manager, truly stands out, she greets us every time we walk in, checks in throughout the evening to make sure everything is perfect, and goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a great experience. You can really feel the positive impact of such a strong management team, and it shows in every visit. I’ve never had anything but wonderful experiences here and would highly recommend anyone stop by and try the food. Thanks to the entire team for always making our visits so enjoyable!

Wow! We made Thanksgiving reservations at Francescas. It was amazing! We had an 11:45 am reservation and arrived at 11:30 and were immediately seated. The front desk people were amazing. Our waitress greeted us almost immediately and took our drink orders. For Thanksgiving they have an all you can eat buffet. At the meat station there were 2 cooks carving up ham and turkey off the bone. It was here too that you could get homemade mash potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Then on to the sides table. They had so much fresh and hot stuff to choose from. We had green beans, squash, creamed corn, stuffing, vodka rigatoni, etc. Lots of choices. Then on to the charcuterie table that contained all kinds of cheeses, lunch meat, olive varieties, etc. That was delicious. Next was large cold cocktail shrimp with lemons and cocktail sauce. There was also Cesar salad and house salad. To top it all off was the desert table on the bar area. All kinds of delicious sweets to eat ( I had too many but don't regret it). To top it all off everyone on the staff was so friendly! It was a great experience that we intend to do next Thanksgiving!

Always a 10/10 experience here, at this Frankfort location specifically. Last night we had dinner there as our choice to celebrate our mom’s birthday who passed in 2022. The staff went out of their way to provide beautiful flowers for our table to our surprise, a dessert and a fantastic server named Amber. Thank you, Amber, for being so accommodating, kind and making sure everything was good at our table throughout. Our family has come here for 15 years+ and this is the perfect example on why we will never stop! Thank you Franchescas!

We absolutely love Francesca's in Frankfort and always ask for Heidi. We had her years ago and she was so good we keep asking for her. Our favorite appetizers are the bruchetta and the carpaccio. Great place!

This was such a fantastic dining experience! The service was fast and friendly... Mario really took care of us. We were seated right away and got right into complimentary bread with cheese and olive oil. Another small portion came with the entrees, which were Chicken Parmesan and Linguine agli Scampi. The shrimps were big and cooked perfectly, and the sauce had just the right amount of spice. The chicken portion was huge! It was a steal at $30. We enjoyed every bite! The whole staff made our dinner one to remember. Grazie mille!

Haven’t been here for a while & stopped in on a whim on a weekday evening for dinner. Their Halibut was the special & it was absolutely fantastic!!!!! Ask for Heidi, incredibly attentive server! Every bite was absolutely delish! Opted for the chocolate torte for dessert. Each staff who delivered or cleared our food was courteous & incredibly attentive. Tysm to Heidi, Irene & Issac! We will be back & be spreading the word!!!! Thank you!!! 😋 🥂

This restaurant is the perfect place for celebrations and has no bad item on its menu. Our server, I believe her name was Carmela, was amazing. She was so kind and we were grateful to have her as our server for my daughter’s birthday dinner. The picture is of the eggplant spicy marinara and it was just perfect.
