“Asked an Indian friend for an authentic Indian restaurant recommendation and ended up here. The food was delish. The hospitality was amazing. They were patient with our questions since everything was new to us. We had the chicken tandoori, butter naan, and lamb biryani. The biryani was spicy but I didn’t ask before ordering. Highly recommend!”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the Worst Family Dining Experiences We’ve Had We chose this restaurant expecting authentic food and good hospitality. Unfortunately, what we received was misleading information, poor service, and a complete lack of concern for customers. We ordered Peshawari Karachi Gosht, Matka Gosht, Butter Naan, and Kheer. Before placing the order, we specifically asked the server about the spice level of the Peshawari Karachi Gosht because we were dining with children. We were clearly told that it was medium spicy and would comfortably serve 3–4 people. Neither statement was true. The dish arrived with a large number of bones, very little gravy, and nowhere near enough meat or quantity to serve 3–4 people. When we questioned whether the correct portion had been served, the response was simply, “That’s how it comes.” Then came the biggest shock. The Peshawari Karachi Gosht was extremely spicy—not medium, not moderately spicy, but overwhelmingly hot. Even the adults at the table struggled to eat it. The children could not eat it at all. Had we been told the truth about the spice level, we would never have ordered it for a family meal. When we raised our concern, instead of offering a solution or showing any concern, we were told that this is the only spice level available. No apology. No alternative. No effort to make things right. To help with the spice, we requested something sweet. It took nearly 20 minutes to arrive. We also requested additional gravy, which took around 25 minutes. Throughout the meal, there was virtually no service. Nobody checked on our table, nobody followed up, and we repeatedly had to search for staff ourselves. The server who took our order disappeared, and most of the staff seemed completely uninterested in customer service. The only person who appeared genuinely willing to help was an older gentleman working there. What made the situation even more disappointing was seeing another table nearby facing similar issues with their food and service. Clearly, this was not an isolated incident. The food itself may have potential, but food alone cannot make up for poor service, misleading recommendations, and a complete disregard for customer concerns. If you are visiting with family or children, be very cautious. Do not rely on the staff’s recommendations regarding spice levels or portion sizes because our experience was the exact opposite of what was promised. We spent good money expecting a pleasant family dinner and left frustrated, disappointed, and still hungry. Restaurants make mistakes. What defines them is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, this restaurant chose to ignore them.”

“Had a great experience here! We tried the Falooda, Kheer, and Gulab Jamun, and everything was absolutely delicious. Raza was very helpful and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Pakistani desserts and great hospitality.”

“When I walked in the place was very clean, the lady in the front was friendly and seated me and my friend right away. The waiter Raza was also very friendly, polite, & knowledgeable about the dishes to eat and was very attentive to us. The food is also very traditional authentic Desi food which I truly enjoyed. In addition the portions were very generous. I highly recommend this place! Thank you”

“Delicious food and good service! I was a little disappointed that my favorite Karahi Chicken wasn't available today, so I tried the Gosht Curry instead. It was good, but I still prefer the Chicken Karahi. The Chicken Biryani and Garlic Naan were excellent. I'll definitely come back again! 😊🍛🥘”

“First of all the restroom, even Karachi’s restaurant restrooms are clean, no paper towel, no hot water, Crockery now, the stuff hasn’t changed since they open, visible scratches on spoons and fork, the glasses are the oldest, they sell ganney ka juice in Karachi in those glass, Now come the service, they took forever just to bring us tea. Sorry but they need to up their game in all aspects.”
