“The chicken makhani sauce was so flavorful and multi-dimensional, and I loved that they used dark meat chicken rather than dry breast meat like some places use”
Four pieces of chicken, when cut into eight, do not constitute a whole chicken.
I recently visited your location to pick up an order for delivery. While waiting, I needed to use the restroom.
I was really looking forward to trying this place, but it was a big letdown.

“The KTM Kitchen was such a great experience.”
The KTM Kitchen was such a great experience. We ordered steamed momo and jhol momo, and both were really good. The service was wonderful. My husband’s phone was almost dead, and they were kind enough to provide a charger — a lifesaver for our Metra tickets 😁 Definitely will visit again. Highly recommended!

“We recently had The KTM Kitchen cater a lunch for 45 people at our office, and it could not have gone better.”
We recently had The KTM Kitchen cater a lunch for 45 people at our office, and it could not have gone better. The food was outstanding. I can tell it was freshly made, it was flavorful and a huge hit with everyone. What made the experience even better was how easy it was to work with them. Placing the order, finalizing the menu was incredibly smooth, Nirajan was very responsive, helpful and made the whole process stress free. We ordered their Stir-fried noodles, Lamb curry, Chicken tikka masala, Palak Paneer, Chicken Momo, Garlic naan bread, Gulab Jamun for dessert and Samosa chaat. Their presentation was very lovely. We will definitely order from KTM kitchen soon.

Love the food. The momo dumplings were delish, the naan was so fresh, and their lunch specials were awesome. The combination special was worth the price of $15 since the portion size were big too.

“Freshly cooked and flavorful.”
Freshly cooked and flavorful. Good ambience and reasonably priced. Open late in the loop when most of the places are closed.

“Okay, these chicken momos (dumplings) are delicious.”
Okay, these chicken momos (dumplings) are delicious! And with the jhol (a spicy, tangy, and nutty broth from Nepal) on a cold fall day? I'm in love! Take my money! This is absolutely delicious!

“All I can say is wow… the food here is delish.”
All I can say is wow… the food here is delish! The momo were juicy and bursting with flavor — I felt like I was eating in the streets of Kathmandu. The Bhatti ko chowmein was perfectly fried and paired so well with a Barasinghe beer (which you don’t find everywhere in the city!). The lamb chops were my favorite — three tender, juicy pieces and such a great value. The Kathmandu aloo was another surprise hit: crispy stir-fried potatoes coated in spiced garlic that were impossible to stop eating. The photos I posted don’t do justice to the presentation because I couldn’t help but dig in right away! Service was prompt, and the chic interior made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot — I’ll definitely be back!

“Delicious Nepali food that is a perfect lunch or dinner option.”
Delicious Nepali food that is a perfect lunch or dinner option. The Jhol Momos, Salmon Sekuwa and Chicken Chili are my favorites. Plenty of popular Nepali dishes to choose from and all of them are authentic, great quality and generous portions. Great service and clean restaurant featuring local Nepali beer that can’t be found anywhere else in the city.

“I am a Nepali by birth and living in the US for 32 years.”
I am a Nepali by birth and living in the US for 32 years. Nepal is diverse in its landscape and culture, so is its cuisine. The KTM Kitchen is recreating the same diverse and popular Nepalese cuisine in Chicago and surroundings in Illinois. The food items showcased in the kitchen are all popular Nepali dishes prepared in the same way as in Nepal using the same traditional herbs, spices, and ingredients and most importantly by the Nepali natives. "Momo," is a dumpling dish very common in Nepal and I loved this dish with three varieties (steamed, fried, and soup) served in this restaurant with all tasty fresh sauces. "Kathmandu Aaloo" is another my favorite dish slightly fried boiled potatoes and garnished with varieties of herbs and spices. In my opinion, KTM kitchen brought the "Taste of Nepal" to greater Chicago in Illinois and the Mid-west.
