Bought vegi samosa cooked well from outside but inside just stuffed with boiled potatoes and spices.
This evening I bought Baloo Shahi and vegetable samosa from this shop.
This resturant despite having good food does not know how to treat their customers, the old man at the counter had the worst attitude towards a woman who came to use the bathroom, he insulted her and asked her to get out of there, and it was really hard to watch him acting that way.

“One of the best Samosa in Chicagoland area.”
One of the best Samosa in Chicagoland area. Great place for breakfast. Love their paratha and halwa puri. Update: delicious paratha (muli, alloo, keema, cheese) and goat paya was outstanding.

“Loved stopping by here to get some dessert and chai.”
Loved stopping by here to get some dessert and chai. Cool spot to sit and talk with friends. The area is busy and this place does get a lot of foot traffic but it’s definitely worth it. The person taking our order was also super helpful with what we wanted and let us know the chai was being made fresh.

“I recently tried the Kashmiri Tea at King Sweets and was thoroughly impressed.”
I recently tried the Kashmiri Tea at King Sweets and was thoroughly impressed. The tea was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with subtle notes of cardamom and nuts. Crushed pistachios and coconut added a delightful texture and enhanced the traditional flavor. A must-try for tea lovers.

“We are a group of 20 from California who visited Chicago.”
We are a group of 20 from California who visited Chicago. We had brunch at Kings Sweets today and the food was amazing! We ordered Halwa Puri, Chole Batura, Paya, Naan, Kashmiri Chai, and Irani Chai. The Halwa Puri was a 9/10. The potato curry and chole that came with it was so delicious. The Chole Batura was a 10/10. It was very creamy and flavorful. The Paya was a 10/10 as well. Everyone loved its perfect balance of spice and flavor. The Naan was a 10/10. It tasted so good with the Paya. It was fresh and aromatic. The Kashmiri Chai was an 8/10. It was good, but I couldn’t taste the nuts that well. The Irani Chai was a 10/10. The sweetness and taste was just right. Overall, our experience at Kings Sweets was fantastic! We would definitely come again.

“One of my most favorite places to go to and get snacks and sweets from on Devon.”
One of my most favorite places to go to and get snacks and sweets from on Devon. I have been RAISED on King Sweet's aloo samosa and sweets by my Pakistani parents for as long as I could remember and I am now 23!! We would have these for Ramadan and Eid every year. I cannot get sweets or aloo samosa anywhere else, they set the bar! I tried their Halwa Puri recently and it was very yummy as well. With so many longtime businesses closing on Devon it warms my heart to see them there still, I hope they thrive so I can have my future children can enjoy it too. :-) Leaving a photo of my father and little 5-6 year old me preparing to give some sweets from King Sweets to my relatives for Eid from the early 2000's!! (I believe the owner at the time even gave us extra packaging free of charge back then!!) ♡

These people were so kind and welcoming! They stayed a little while later even though it was time to close up so we could get some sweets. Everything was incredibly delicious-looking and smelling. The location was clean and pleasant. I'll return!
