Cumin offers a flavorful Indian-Nepali dining experience within a warm & modern setting with attentive service. We tried the chicken momo, lamb madras, and salmon tandoori - all well-prepared and seasoned. The momo had a pleasant kick, the lamb madras featured a rich coconut curry, and the salmon tandoori was tender with a bright citrusy sauce. A solid and comforting neighborhood Lakeview spot for Indian and Nepali flavors.

This is my favorite restaurant in Chicago! Highly recommend, the food is amazing and the staff is attentive and kind. I always dine here and the food is just as delicious every time. Most days I get the chicken momos, chicken tikka masala, and palak paneer, and all are great! The mango lassi is also very yummy. The interior and atmosphere is very nice and calming—definitely a place you should try!

I went with my family for a birthday dinner, and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and looked fancy than other indian and nepali resturant here in Chicago i have visited. The service was fast, and the modern interior was impressive. I loved the restaurant’s decor, especially the Nepali handmade arts and crafts. The momo and naan bread were my favorites. Highly recommend this place for great Nepali and Indian cuisine and to host a event and parties they have a separate space that you can book.

Very clean and spacious restaurant. Brand new in the neighborhood. The food and service are amazing. We tried the lam madras and korma, it was really delicious. We will come back to try more specialties!

Just ordered ubereats. Truly amazing food, I ordered Chicken Jhol momo, chicken choela, chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. The flavors were authentic and the portions are perfect. Thanks for the complimentary aloo tikki😎 cannot wait to come and dine in. Thank you for opening near us.
