“This place was awesome. We were in town for the Jay Z concert and we took our family and we loved it. The views from above the city was perfect. It was a bit crowded but not too bad. We went at night and it was so magical with all the lights and busyness of New York. The balloon room was cool. Great place for photos. My children loved it. There is also a bar which we had a blueberry Long Island it was awesome.”

And recently I had booked 5 admissions tickets for the Color factory and the architect crusise in Chicago. Groupon has helped me save over 50% on admission fees & tickets. If I had booked directly through the merchant, I would have spent a lot more”

“Sunset Massage Spa is very clean, professional staff and great massage! Im sure we will book again in the future. Lots of safe parking in front of business, they have cameras. Open 7 days a week, till 9pm most days. I felt calm and just overall much better after this experience. My spouse and I agreed, this was a great find. We had a couples massage, the only tip I would give staff is less chatting with each other. Customer are there to relax. Other than that I highly recommend this business.”

Experience I get are matching description on Groupon. 15 courses Omakase deal I get from Groupon is 30% off. Experience I had received at restaurant are no different then normal client. “Best place in the euros to hang out with a friend or 5 or 10! Something for everyone, especially with the new additions of batched cocktsils, mocktails, increased number of seltzers, ciders add CBD/THC drinks. Just 1 TV without full channels so NOT a sports bar. Fantastic BBQ (esp the tri-tip) and sides at very reasonable prices from Lillie Q’s. Large outdoor space, lots of games, decent background music. Pay as you pour option allows for strategic sampling driving. Easy to park and variety of public trans options. Many many families with young kids and babies at all times (but they’re easy to ignore if you’re so inclined). We always have a great time. You will too! (This review refers specifically to Chicago site; not the one in Niles/Northbrook whatever)”
“I purchased three vouchers in a single transaction for a local tour that was already valid for 3 people due to a confusing checkout process. I realized the mistake immediately. There is no live customer support, and the only way to access chat was to open one voucher, which I did only to reach support. I did not open the other two vouchers, and none of the vouchers were redeemed or used. I requested a refund for the two unopened vouchers, but was told that because all three vouchers were part of one transaction and one voucher was viewed, Groupon would not refund any of them. This is unreasonable and unfair. Groupon should review this case and provide a fair resolution.”
