“I visited Giordano’s in Chicago and had a great experience overall. We ordered the Margherita pizza and the Veggie pizza. The Margherita was easily a 5 out of 5. The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was rich and flavorful, and the sauce had an amazing balance of freshness and depth. Every bite was satisfying and it really delivered on the classic Chicago deep dish experience. The Veggie pizza was decent, but not as strong as the Margherita. I would rate it a 2.75 out of 5. The vegetables tasted fresh and the portion size was generous, but the overall flavor did not stand out as much. It was still enjoyable, just not something I would personally order again compared to their other options. What really made this visit stand out was the customer service. They welcomed us in about 30 minutes before closing and did not rush us at all. They allowed us to sit comfortably and finish our meal even after closing time, which was greatly appreciated. That level of hospitality made the experience feel welcoming and memorable. Overall, between the incredible Margherita pizza and the outstanding service, I would still rate Giordano’s a full 5 out of 5. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago and looking for an authentic deep dish pizza experience.”
