An incredible dining experience at Flambé Karma. The patio setting is beautiful, the cocktails are creative, and the food is on another level. The hanging skewer presentation was a memorable touch. Saag, shrimp curry, tikka masala - every dish was flavorful and beautifully plated. Hospitality was warm and genuine. Will definitely be back.

The food and service were excellent. There are many gluten free choices. We had the flambe feast. For 16 $17 or $18 you get a little appetizer and soup and their tomato soup was homemade and it was the best tomato soup I've ever had. I couldn't have the little appetizer cuz it wasn't gluten free. The meals, butter chicken masala and lamb rogan josh we're both good. The lamb actually tasted like pot roast. It was so tender. The chicken was good. We also had loaded banana pepper app and that was wonderful. They use just the right amount of spices. I was literally bringing home 3/4 of my entree. rice pudding for dessert eas also very good. We will be back to try their cauliflower, fritters and corn fritters. They're both gluten free.

Exceptional food. Highly recommend the mango habanero flambé, gobi manchurian, coriander garlic naan and the roti. All of them had wonderful flavours. The service by Agnelo was really great. He was very friendly and recommended good dishes. Good ambience as well.

We recently catered food from Flambé Karma for my father's 80th birthday. We were glad that we did! Niaz (owner) was easy to work with. He made appetizers, main course, sides and dessert selections easy to choose for us. His prices are fair and even beat prices of other restaurants we called. The delivery was smooth and the food was outstanding! Our guests praised the various dishes from vegetarian options like Paneer Tikka and Daal Makhani to options like Chicken Tikka Masala. The desserts were delicious including Gulab Jamun to Ras Malai! Our guests praised the food and were interested in visiting the restaurant. In fact, my family and I stopped by the restaurant and had lunch there. The ambiance is beautiful with decor and fresh flowers, along with great art pieces and well lit with daylight. In person, the Flambé style dish is flamed at the tableside with rum carefully poured over the main dish --we ordered the Mango Habañero Paneer Tikka and it was so cool to see the preperation and it was quite tasty. The Pistachio Kulfi and unique Crème Brûlée were delicious--and we took our kids and it was family friendly. In summary, highly recommend their restaurant as well as catering services. Niaz and his wife are great people who care deeply about their customers and clients satisfaction! You can't go wrong with Flambé Karma!!! :) Neil B.

recently tried Flambé Karma for the first time and it definitely will not be my last visit. Everything we ordered was truly delicious and the tableside flambé added such a fun and unique touch to the experience. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can really tell they care about both the food and the overall dining experience. Some of my favorites were the mango habanero paneer tikka, the sauce was incredible and a must order, along with the palak dip, paneer makhani, malai kofta, and the eggplant and tomato curry. The garlic naan paired perfectly with everything, and the mango kulfi was a great way to end the meal. We also tried a variety of other dishes including gobi Manchurian, jackfruit cutlets, veggie biryani, dal fry, and even desserts like cardamom crème brûlée and Amarena Indian rice pudding, and everything was packed with flavor. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for flavorful Indian food in the suburbs.

We had such a delicious meal at Flambé Karma. Everything we ordered was fantastic, but the mango habanero paneer was next-level—perfectly balanced, bold, and seriously addictive. And the kadai chicken? Easily one of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever had. So flavorful, rich, and cooked just right. A special shoutout to Sam, our kind and sweet waiter, who made the whole experience even better with such warm, attentive service. A Delicious and a standout meal from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back!

The beautifully remodeled Flambe Karma owned by some dear friends is back and better than ever! Everything from their incredible masla tea, garlic cilantro nan, to their special goat curry and xacuti chicken was absolutely amazing and so rich in wonderful flavors that any true foodie will appreciate. Oh and I can’t forget the spectacular rice pudding! I can’t wait to go back!!! And my awesome server, Sam, was truly exceptional. Best Indian food in NW IL hands down by a few thousand mile long margin. Must go to Flambe Karma, if you love Indian food and in the buffalo grove area! I guarantee a delicious meal.

Flambé Karma in Buffalo Grove is a solid Indian restaurant that goes a step above your typical neighborhood spot. The ambiance is nicer than most, good lighting, tasteful decor, and the menu has some interesting options beyond the usual classics. The Tandoori Jhinga was a highlight - they bring it out tableside and light it on fire, which is a fun touch. The sea bass off their seasonal menu was really well done too. Dal makhni was hearty and comforting. Chicken tikka masala was good, nothing too surprising but executed well. On the pricier side, but the experience and presentation justify it for a special occasion or a nice night out

Food was really tasty. The butter chicken and chicken vindaloo were really good. The naan was also great. I wish it was less dim in the restaurant.
