“Delicious beer. GREAT patio. Friendly service....and a really late happy hour!”

“Wowzerr! Takeout at 10pm on a Saturday and it was executed perfectly, packed with flavor and fresh! The steak frites with truffle fries wow! The creamy, robust flavor pasta with shrimp and blackened chicken was absolutely spectacular. The tenders and wings were a gem! But save the best for last, that banana cake OMG!!! A repeat most definitely! Birthday dinner served, at home! #Thankyou”

“A couple could split the entree, food amazing extensive drink list open and serves food late in quiet locale with plenty of parking it’s lit 10/10 gem hidden in the city”

“Great happy hour Nice service, everyone was so nice and helpful Food 10/10”

“Pictured is a very well done steak, despite its resemblance to tree bark. It was ordered medium rare. The very soggy fries are covered in so much cajun seasoning that they’re Cheeto orange. My husband had a serviceable blackened chicken pasta and small Caesar salad.”

“Doordash delivery, the chicken dinner was fried extremely hard and we couldn't enjoy it 😩. Every thing else was just ok, nothing to write home about. Please ensure that your delivery orders are just as good as the meals you serve to your in-house guests. We paid good money for our orders too.”
“Great outdoor seating area in the back. Burgers are thick and cooked to order perfectly. Decent selection of beers on tap.”
“The Fireside Restaurant has been a beloved neighborhood dining destination on Chicago’s North Side for decades, earning a loyal following for its warm, old school supper club plus bar and grill with patio atmosphere, generous portions, and classic American comfort food. The restaurant is especially known for its legendary slow smoked BBQ ribs, roasted chicken, steaks, seafood, and hearty daily specials, all served with traditional hospitality that has kept generations of Chicagoans coming back. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a casual family dinner, or simply craving timeless comfort food, Fireside continues to be a local favorite where classic flavors and friendly service remain the focus.”
“Food was on point. Service was attentive but not clingy. The big detractor was the party of 10 or so Millenials who were so loud, my dining companion couldn't hear a word i was saying. Reel it in y'all. You're not the only people in the room!”
“First time coming here after a Cubs game. It was a different vibe then the late night visits that I normally make. The patio was open and it was a beautiful night out. We arrived around 8pm and the place had a great energy to it. Lots of sports fans watching the games and World Cup. The beer is ice cold, which is very important to me. They have a wide range of different breweries and you could tell they rotate on a regular basis. The food is very good as well. We got several different apps and they all were delicious. The bang bang shrimp was probably my favorite but my wife loved the buffalo cauliflower. We are excited to go back and try some new beers and more of their menu.”
