Discussed gluten free on phone. Came in for gluten free. Ordered it and received gluten roll on plate.

“The Lumpia was my favorite and could be because it was crunchy, and one of my dogs like it, too”
“Ok this place blew me away.”
Ok this place blew me away. Food and service top notch. Atmosphere is good….but the food takes center stage. We could be eating on picnic table and this place still gets a 5 star …. Yep the food is that good.

“Stopped in to try for a quick lunch.”
Stopped in to try for a quick lunch. First time here so wasn't sure what to order but we opted to share an order of bulgogi tacos. The beef was so tender. The Kim chi was perfectly spicy. All toppings were diced small to make eating enjoyable. The staff was friendly in that we could sample any of the entrees. The desserts looked delicious but our order came with 4 tacos for 15.99 and was quite filling. I would love to return and try other dishes.

M.A.S Filipino in Marion is an absolute gem. The food is consistently incredible, and the sizzling sisig is easily one of my favorites — packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and served hot and fresh. You can really taste the care and authenticity in every bite. If you’re looking for amazing Filipino food in Southern Illinois, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

We looked up on southern Illinois eats and found ma’s restaurant. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. Upon telling them that it was out first time there. We were Asked what we liked and given suggestions along with samples .After sampling I chose the chicken curry, bora meatballs did not disappoint.Delicious, as well as the steak dish and the peppers . All choices were perfect blend of spices, meat, veggies and rice. You will not go hungry. Staff is very attentive and making sure you have everything you need. I give it 5 stars. “Tried this food back when they had the food truck in the parking lot of a liquor store in Marion.”
Tried this food back when they had the food truck in the parking lot of a liquor store in Marion. I told my Filipino wife about it then and she tried it for the first time today. I had the Korean tacos and my wife had the lechon with pancit. We both enjoyed it! Thanks 😊

“One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Southern Illinois.”
One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Southern Illinois. The food is always incredible. The service is quick and friendly, and anytime I've asked for recommendations I've never been disappointed. I'd recommend starting out with the classics: Chicken adobo plate with lumpia. The bulgogi and sisig tacos are another favorite, with the poke bowl being a fresh and light option.

“BANG BANG shrimp tacos.”
BANG BANG shrimp tacos. They come served with three, I had already eaten one before I took the picture. Yet again absolutely gorgeous and full of tasty goodness. Everything I've tried on their menu so far has been love.. there's no other way to explain it. If you haven't eaten at M.A’s Filipino Cuisine Restaurant you gotta give it a world. You're not going to get a Filipino cuisine like this in Southern Illinois anywhere. As far as I know THIS IS IT. You can taste the love they serve. Marion Illinois.
