The price is not reasonable and yet the taste is not up to par as how the Filipino dish tastes.
Friends want to try the restaurant , ordered sisig, chopsuey , crispy pasta , mussels ( tahong) and pusit ( squid ) and the halo halo Disappointed with mussels and squid , it was served with lots of vegetables , there’s more vegetables than mussels and squid.
So I very much enjoy this restaurant typically, but I ordered via Uber eats today and was highly disappointed with my meal.

“Haven't ordered the Chicken BBQ (3pcs) (comes with white rice) in a while and even though I remember the entree was delicious before, I do not recall the portions being large and juicy”

“Was in the Chicago area and my wife, who is originally from the Philippines, was craving a taste...”
Was in the Chicago area and my wife, who is originally from the Philippines, was craving a taste from home, so we gave this place a try. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere reminded us of being back in the Philippines. The service was very good and the staff was very attentive. We didn't realize how big the portions would be and ended up ordering way too much food. Lol. But everything we had was delicious. Best filipino food we've had in a long time. Makes us wish we lived closer to the restaurant. If we're ever back around that way, we'll certainly be going back.

“The food never fails to disappoint.”
The food never fails to disappoint! Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout..the quality of the food is still there. My favorite is their bistek and also their halo halo! Their seating area is huge and there’s plenty of parking. They also accept reservations esp if you’ll have a bigger group although all the times we’ve walked in there’s almost always a table available. Service can sometimes be slow esp when it’s very busy but that’s expected. They’re all very friendly though. This will always be our go to place when me and my family are craving Filipino food

“First time visiting Tita Mia’s Filipino restaurant, and I really enjoyed the food.”
First time visiting Tita Mia’s Filipino restaurant, and I really enjoyed the food! The crispy pork was delicious, and the chicken dish came with lots of vegetables. The noodles with shrimp were flavorful, and the dessert—ice cream with beans and plenty of jellies—was a fun and unique treat. Portions were generous enough for four people, with leftovers to take home. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

“We came in for dessert.”
We came in for dessert. The halo halo shaved ice is very good and it's so big! And it's great to walk in and see all the dessert. We tried some and everything was yummy

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tia Mia’s Filipino Restaurant, and it was a delightful experience.”
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tia Mia’s Filipino Restaurant, and it was a delightful experience! The Palabok I ordered was absolutely delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors and a wonderful texture. The Crab Rangoon was crispy and flavorful, a perfect appetizer to start the meal. My friend ordered the Tia Mia Fried Chicken, and it was incredibly tasty, with a crispy exterior and juicy, tender meat inside. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Tia Mia’s for anyone looking to enjoy authentic and delicious Filipino cuisine. I’ll definitely be back!

“Delicious food and great service.”
Delicious food and great service! Cannot go wrong with the longsilog for a hearty breakfast! The longanisa was juicy and very flavorful, and it was complimented by the garlic rice! The sizzle sisig is my personal favorite so far! Lechon kawali is another great choice! Crispy skin and fat was rendered well with a good balance of meat I’ll be back!!

“Amazing establishment.”
Amazing establishment! I went with a group of 11. Each of our first time. Wow, the bakery, staff, service, food and friendliess were all top notch. Beautiful place. We all had the best experience! Seating: plenty of seating. It looks like it used to be a buffet restaurant because of the entrance and the seating style. We were told that it is a new, 3 year establishment. We sat at a long table. Atmosphere: We sat at a long table near the window. Great lighting. Chairs were close together. Family friendly. Price: Prices were good. It's a business so if you think why so much for you have, then make it yourself at home. Gratuity is added. Great prices in my opinion. Food: Flavors were robust and vibrant (except for the garlic rice, it could have had more flavor throughout. I've had better). I don't know what the flavor consistency is, because it was all our first time. We ordered: chicken adobo, pork adobo, sizzling sisig, garlic rice, egg rolls and other dishes. The ube Cupcake and Macroon was so delicious! I look forward to coming back!
