“Absolute perfection. I’ve been craving that authentic flavor, and this place delivered, the food was excellent and tasted exactly like the Jollibee back in the Philippines. I drove 2.5 hours specifically to come here, and I was not disappointed in the slightest! The restaurant itself is super clean and has a lot of space, which made the experience even better. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff they were so welcoming and provided top-notch service. It was worth every mile of the drive, and I will definitely be coming back again!”

“Found ants in our sodas🤮 Drank half way of our drinks to see both Sprite and Root Beer has it. Brought it up to a staff and she just looked at me and asked if i want half or full ice, because she’s gonna get me another lol. No apology and didn’t call a manager, didn't say anything about checking the syrups or the machine- just asked if i wanted half or full ice. Sorry to those that got soda yesterday, probably drank some ants. Managers were at the side too openly complaining about a “itim” (black) person complaining about their order, and that they should've not answered the phone. Unprofessional and lazy workers.”
“OMG!!! This is the most dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve been to! I mean SUPER unsanitary!! The bathroom was disgusting! The table was extremely dirty. The floors were dirty as ever!!! The windows had food smeared all over them. I’ve never seen a Dine-in restaurant so dirty in my life!!! Gross!! This was a first and last time for me and my family. Food wasn’t even good as I thought it would be!!! Chicken wasn’t crunchy - it was slimy. Mac and cheese was dry. Yucky place!!! Also the customer service sucked as well. Smh.”

“I came here Sunday and I just have to say… SO worth the trip from downtown! The chicken are hands down some of the best I’ve ever had perfectly crispy, juicy, and everything we ordered was honestly so good!! But what made the experience even better was the service. The young woman at the register named rhaine was so kind and helpful! She took her time explaining the menu and helped us pick the best options. You can tell she really cares about customers and it made such a difference.”
