“Eggholic delivered fantastic food and great service during my visit. The hostess was incredibly sweet and helpful, especially since most of the menu was new to me. Every dish we saw looked amazing, which already has me planning a return to try more. The flavors were authentic and truly stood out, reminding me of meals I have had in India with the perfect balance of taste and texture. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the experience. Overall, a memorable visit that I would highly recommend.”

“Limited seating inside and you have to ring a bell to get their attention when you want to order. Food is decently good and filling - love the dahi puri and the sweet lassi was really refreshing as well. I prefer things to be spicier and went with the regular spice and should’ve got with the spicier level.”

“My very first time ordering delivery from Eggholic was a huge disappointment. The restaurant management did respond and encouraged me to give them a second chance, so I decided to try again. This time, most of the food was actually good except the Pav Bhaji — once again, the same issue as before. While my more recent visit was definitely better overall, the Pav Bhaji still remains a consistent disappointment. If they can improve that dish, the whole experience would be much more enjoyable. First experience: I decided to order from Eggholic after seeing good reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Pav Bhaji and the Samosa Wrap. I specifically asked for extra cheese in my wrap, which I was charged for, but there was no cheese at all inside. As for the Pav Bhaji – the name itself suggests you should get pav but instead, they served it with regular white bread. The so-called "bhaji" was just an oily curry of potatoes and peas, with no onions or anything on the side. It felt like a careless, unauthentic attempt at a dish that should be much better. Overall, very disappointing — definitely not what I expected based on the reviews.”

“Got the paneer butter masala for take out here and it is way too oily. We got it as Indian spicy which the spice level didn’t disappoint, but apart from that the gravy has no flavor. The rotis were also nothing special. Definitely better option for indian take out”

“Spent 90$ here not worth at all ordered bhel, samosa sandwich, hum tum, chicken wrap, paneer pulav, vada pav, mango mastani, mango shake, and rabdi the one working their got bad attitude so I think their strategy is to serve the best first then the bad next firstly got bhel and shakes which was excellent that is the only reason I am giving three stars for food and next hum tum and paneer pulav its GARLICHOLIC and hum tum is literally half boiled egg yolk was all over yuckkk omg not even edible then vada pav the pav was very dry. 90$ waste please order 1 at a time as it was our first time ordered all together and our money got wasted…!”

“The food is undoubtedly great, but this review is about the customer service and how my issue was handled. I placed a delivery order directly through the Eggholic website on June 12, 2026 (Order #85). Unfortunately, one of the items was missing from my order. I called the restaurant, and Akshita assisted me. After discussing the issue, she apologized and offered me a complimentary entrée from the menu on my next order. She also asked me to keep my order number and date for reference. When I called back today (July 19, 2026) to redeem that promise, Riya, along with the owner Kirti Patel, told me they could not honor it because Akshita no longer works there. Instead, they said I would receive a refund, but I have not received any confirmation by email or text. I was then asked to call back again in a week. To make matters worse, I experienced another issue the very same day. I placed a delivery order at 12:45 PM through the Toast ordering system. At 2:11 PM CST, Toast marked my order as delivered, even though no food had arrived. I searched around my apartment building and neighboring buildings, but the order was nowhere to be found. When I called Eggholic, I was told that my order had actually never left the restaurant and was still waiting to be picked up by a delivery driver. Instead of resolving the issue, I was instructed to cancel my order and place the exact same order again so a new delivery driver could be assigned. I was told that the original order would be refunded. As a result, I had to reorder my meal (minus tip) and ended up waiting from 12:45 PM until nearly 4:00 PM just to receive my food. I order from Eggholic frequently because I genuinely enjoy the food, but these repeated service failures have been extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but customers should not have to bear the inconvenience or deal with unfulfilled promises because of internal staffing changes or delivery coordination issues. I hope the management takes greater ownership of customer concerns and improves both their service and communication going forward.”

“We ordered tandoori chicken and chicken kebab and there are really worst it’s not cooked and no spices and with just plain rice and gave side of yougurt. They even didn’t care of customer service/satisfaction out of 5 people, 4 people didn’t eat at all they don’t even care about it”

“I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so awful I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered their pav bhaji, and it was absolutely disgusting – the smell was pungent, and the taste was worse. It was inedible and clearly not fresh. When I called the restaurant to raise my concerns, instead of being apologetic or helpful, they started arguing with me! I politely asked to speak with the management, but they refused to let me talk to anyone in charge. Completely unprofessional behavior. This kind of food and service is unacceptable. I’ve attached pictures so you can see for yourself. I will be reporting this place to the Department of Public Health. Avoid this place at ALL costs.”

“I had better review earlier. But overtime the quality of food has gone down. I have been ordering from this place every week for last 6 years. The rice seems stale these days, and tastes like leftover from past days. For their prices, I can have whole buffet in other restaurants which is much better. Vegetarians (the one who do not eat eggs) beware, They deliberately sent me an egg pulav, even after letting them know that I have allergies and told them about religious sentiments. Do not ever order from this location, unless you want to have food poison”

“We had ordered Lava Paneer Pulav from this restaurant on Uber eats and we had a terrible terrible experience with it. It looked like there was a little pulav in oil instead of being the other way around. And of course my friend got sick in the middle of the night. It was a buy one get one, we had to toss away both of it. No one should eat this crap.”

“Everything FROZEN. They said they make wheat roti fresh but the one they served was from fulka fresh frozen roti which was the worst and it was made from maida. The buttermilk they gave literally had only water and staff was like it’s like this only. I think they need to learn the difference between adding just water vs making buttermilk. The paneer gotalo sabji they recommended was utterly tasteless and it wasn’t even a gotalo. It was just the readymade curry paste with too much of color. The lava pulao again they said it’s fresh was totally stale and cold. We asked staff two times and they were totally mannerless saying it’s not possible. I asked them to try it right in front of me and they just took it inside and brought it back as is no difference. Sev poori we ordered had stale oil taste. Overall mannerless staff, terrible food, everything frozen. If you can’t serve a good food, rather shut down.”
