The Italian Beef used to be better like a year ago I brought a Italian Beef the other night and it was terrible I guess they have changed the brand and it’s nasty nasty don’t waste the money buying the Italian Beef and the meat is rubbery it’s never that Italian Beef that you go looking for.

“I've been rocking with union sub over 15 years now I can tell management have changed its different but still bomb I live in Cali now and I hit them up every time before I hit Midway airport and take all kind of sandwiches home the combo sub is my favorite when I get home everyone is waiting on their taste of Chicago I also luv the fact that it's open 24 hours I highly recommend”

“This Jim Shoe Was Not It.”

This Jim Shoe Was Not It. I had a super taco the day before it was not it either. The super taco was peta bread with slide cheese and ground beef. I think they need one of those chefs to come help them out from a tv show. I only gave 2 stars because the guy at the counter is very friendly and nice I have no problem with the attitudes but the food is a different story.

“I ordered through Uber Eats and those stars fooled me.”

I ordered through Uber Eats and those stars fooled me. The driver sat in the same spot for over 45 mins. Stopped responding after I pressed them for location. I was very hungry and excited to try this spot. HUGE disappointment. The food arrived cold, dry, and stale. Tastes like the food is old and I got nauseous after a few bites. On top of the food being disgusting, they sent the wrong pop. At least could’ve allowed me the pleasure of washing down the nasty with my desired pop. Very disappointment in this food. I wish this restaurant cared about the community and people they service within it. With this kind of food and service, it’s clear they only care about the money.

I've been going here for years...I definitely miss the owners cooking but I prefer this place...my food is usually made correct.. literally only ever been served a over cook hotdog once.other than that I will eat here before going to that place across the street...they food doesn't compare. I'm so glad Union Sub is Open again.
