The first bite you getting an explosion of flavorr Its comes with jerk chicken, lettuce, tomato, onions and shredde cheese in jerk sauce thats phenomenal plus I get it on a spinach wrap 8.9. Chased it down with there Tropical Breezer Smoothie yo bad boy goes hard ngl 9.5. It blended with peach, strawberry, pineapple and mango plus a scoop of raspberry sherbet. Overall never had a bad experience here must try if in the area

I was on the hunt for a light lunch and stumbled upon Ain’t She Sweet—so glad I did! You can tell it’s a local favorite because the door was constantly swinging with folks coming in and out, which is always a good sign. The cashier gave me a great recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The vibe is cozy and welcoming—perfect for grabbing a classic sandwich, wrap, soup, or smoothie. I didn’t get a shake this time, but I saw so many people walking out with one, I’ll definitely be back to try it. Highly recommend! And as always, it feels good supporting a Black-owned gem in the community.

It’s been a while since i came in but i won’t let that happen again. I had the jerk chicken wrap with everything and it was so good. Their food is always fresh and you can’t beat the price. I’ll definitely be back real soon. Best wraps in Chicago

I got The Steve as well as a Tropical Breeze smoothie and they were amazing! I'm usually not a giardiniera pepper type of girl but the way it was incorporated into this sandwich was impressive. All flavors were balanced and they did they thang with the smoothie! It gave tropical breeze like I was on an island or something! Will most certainly be returning :)

Delicious food and sweet treats, friendly staff, customers and welcoming atmosphere. Had the jerk chicken wrap, and it was phenomenal, bursting with flavors, tons of chicken and very filling. Potato salad was the best I’ve ever had as was the jerk chicken. Banana cake and lemon cake were awesome!!! If you’re looking for great food, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere GO HERE!!!! You won’t regret it. I’m already looking forward to our next visit and we just finished lunch!!

Wonderful cafe on the south side (near Hyde Park) area. I went there with one of my besties. She's vegan. I'm not vegan, but have opted to strive for a pescatarian diet. (I still eat meat on occasion, but I digress.) Said that yo day, there are a nice array of options for both/all diets. I enjoyed the grilled salmon (wheat) wrap, substituting the Caesar dressing with chipotle ranch (had to when I saw it as an option on another wrap, as chipotle is one of my favorite flavors) and substituted the parmesan cheese that obviously go with the Caesar theme with pepperjack cheese. BTW: they have a build your own option, so my request wasn't extraordinary.😊.. The wrap was delicious! So much so that I later raved so about it to my sister that she ran out to get (and enjoyed) the same (substitutions and all) at another location (#consistency) in/ near Evergreen Park/ Beverly! They also have tomato & spinach tortillas, among others, as options. I, also, enjoyed a Tropical Breeze (if I recall the name correctly) smoothie. It was very good, as well! (Simple, as to be expected, and clean bathroom!) I will be back!

PORTION SIZE & PRICES ⚠️ THE PIC BELOW THE PART ON THE RIGHT ALL THE MEAT IS RIGHT THERE AND BEHIND IS JUST THE WRAP NOTHING ELSE JUST AIR This use to be my favorite place I’ve been at least 6 times this past five months and I alway get the jerk wrap and ever since they have this new guy making them the portion size is small on one side of the wrap EVERY TIME I mentioned this to them everytime and they say the portions are the same or they’ll make sure it’s done right and it’s not I don’t see the guy that use to make them all the time but this new guy they need to get him up out of there or put him somewhere else The prices of the food is not the same nor did they make people aware of price increase because the pieces in the wall is not the same as what I’m being charged and I get the same thing every time but I will not longer go here unfortunately I’m not getting my money worth

I've tried this place twice and was disappointed both times. My recent order, the fiesta salad, looked terrible. I asked for extra eggs, onions, and cucumbers, but was charged an extra $5 for a small amount. The chicken was supposed to be crispy, but it was grilled instead. I want to support black-owned businesses, but this feels like a rip-off.

WARNING ..Check your receipt they are over charging you for your food. The menu say one thing and you receipt say another. AND NO I paid cash for my food so no credit card fee.The food portion is NOT worth the price . A chicken Caesar salad was $12 and on my receipt they charged me $12.44 so just think about it if they over charge EVERY SINGLE customer , the jerk salmon was $13 and my receipt said $13.50 a cup of soup was $6 and once again on my receipt it was $6.74 . Never Again

They usually have good food and good portions, but today when I went I ordered 2 jerk salmon wraps and a smoothie. The smoothie was good but I did not opened the food until I got home and the wrap was so little with barely any meat so I called them and spoke with a nice lady named Veronica who told me to bring it back. When I got there it was big dark skinned guy that was making wraps and he said “what she say was wrong?” So I said there is barely any meat, so he says “all of them made like that” I asked him to just look at the wrap and see. He takes the wrap and unravels its like a big kid and says it’s the same. I asked for my money back and he says “yeah give her her money back” with an attitude! Sir how u gonna get mad because y’all shorting on the meat now! I informed the lady at the register he is very rude and he should not be working there. Anyway here’s my salmon wrap compared to the photos and videos others have posted. I took a bite and tasted nothing but lettuce lol I will never be back.

$18 for this salmon salad. Highly disappointed, not to mention they forgot my cup of soup. Went there on a recommendation and left highly disappointed.
