The machines are faulty. The first machine showed an error while we were trying to order.
Their ‘hot’ drinks weren’t even warm. So sweet you can’t taste the flavor. The place feels dingy and depressing.

Visiting from Nebraska, LOVED this place!! I got the chicken gyoza, white peach oolong milk tea with crystal boba and their Lotus Croffle. Wow everything was so amazing. If I lived here I would the the tears and smoothies all the time. The yoga were hot and crispy( I ordered teriyaki saus). And the Croffle was the best dessert! Will visit again!

What a lovely store and team! This is our go-to bbt spot in the area, there are always new rotating seasonal menus, great popcorn chicken, local arts and crafts and a stellar team, making our every visit full of good vibes and happy taste buds. Highly recommend!

I love Uni Uni! Their popcorn chicken is super crispy and juicy — highly recommended! The portion size is generous too, definitely worth it. I also really enjoyed their mochi donuts, and the Jasmine Milk Tea is amazing — it smells so good and tastes even better. Will definitely come back again!

My first time at this location and I love the fact that they had croffles and other food besides the usual popcorn chicken! We got the Matcha and Nutella Croffles. Personally recommend the Matcha. It wasn’t too sweet and the croffles come precut so very easy to share and eat! We also got Lychee Peach Jasmine Green Tea with Lychee and Mango Jelly, Strawberry Orange Jasmine Green Tea with Crystal Boba, and the Korean Spicy Chicken Katsu Sandwich. I’m not a spicy person but my boyfriend loved it. He said it taste good both hot or cold.

Absolutely great boba! We got the brown sugar boba and pineapple coconut lychee and it was fire!! The boba was so nice and chewy and the lychee jelly was so squishy in a good way! We are definitely coming back!

“I’m a bit obsessed with their croffles.”
I’m a bit obsessed with their croffles. My friends and I were walking through Wicker Park when we were craving boba so we stopped in to get drinks and impulse bought a lotus cookie croffle. It was AMAZING. Such a delicious dessert and the perfect sweet treat to share. A few weeks later, I was actually going to Chinatown but was really craving a croffle and they only have it at the Wicker Park location. So I got the lotus cookie and strawberry croffles and brought it to Chinatown (they’re that good). Strawberry croffle was also good but I still think my favorite is the lotus cookie. Please bring these to your other locations!!

I got their Ancient Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Tapioca and it was absolutely delicious. The boba was still slightly warm, too. I finished mine so fast because I couldn't stop drinking it. Service was quick and the place was clean. Would recommend and would go back!
