“Beautiful cafe inside a hotel. Our first time and didn’t encounter any bad service as stated in lots of reviews… everyone was kind we arrived few minutes before they close for their breakfast time yet they were kind enough to let us order breakfast. Their salmon bagel plate was very filling. Breakfast sandwich was very flavourful. The place have different seating areas.. we enjoyed our breakfast time here”

“The Allis is my favorite breakfast spot in the city. The ambience is upscale with a cozy feel. There’s only a few menu items but they do everything so well. Chicago can be such a loud city at times and places like the Allis cut the noise out and let you rest with amazing food.”

“A friend had a birthday party at the Allis for afternoon tea. It was such a fun experience to have an adult tea party. Everything was delicious, service was great, and the atmosphere in this place is always a vibe.”

“Came here for my birthday dinner. The service was impeccable and the pasta was one of the best I've tasted in Chicago. We loved the cozy vibes that this place offered especially because it was in cold, peak December.”

“such a great spot! their food is tasty, atmosphere is lovely, and staff are so sweet!”

“My friend and I had the best time at The Allis. Shout out to Johan and Marcos for the best drinks (especially that Manhattan - not pictured though) & making our last night in Chicago so memorable!”

“Came extremely upset on my lonely birthday, but the young bartender dude made me feel much better. I can also admit how beautiful the bar is. Thank you.”

“Came to the Allis on a weekday morning for a quick bite. It did not disappoint. Salmon platter and avocado toast with poached egg were both absolutely delicious. On a weekday morning the shop it self was quite quiet, with only one other person, but we did come early and it did start to fill up when we left. Seating is very comfy and looks like a good place to work remotely. Would come again.”

“Had a reservation at The Allis and ordered the frose and the chicken and bacon salad with a honey mustard vinaigrette, avocado and cheddar cheese. The frose was really good and the salad was a nice portion and a burst of flavor.”
