Do not recommend. Received different therapists than we booked online months in advance. Lots of unnecessary confusion.
EDIT: The owner clearly won't own up to how she acted and is trying to chalk it up to a simple miscommunication.

“Bad experience all around.”
Bad experience all around. Booked a massage for 10am today and showed up on time. Receptionist couldn’t find me in the system. I show her the reservation I booked through classpass and she manages to find me. The massage therapist either called off or double booked and my only option is to reschedule. This would be totally fine if they had told me this before I left the house and not at the front desk. She said 2:15pm today they have an opening, ok cool put me in. Just kidding! 2:15pm is not available and they’ll have to reschedule me to a different day. I then asked for a refund and she told me she doesn’t know how to refund classpass. I had to leave Spa Soak after 15 minutes of just standing there and contact classpass MYSELF. If you can’t handle classpass reservations, please take yourselves off classpass. This was a horrible experience and it felt like I was inconveniencing the front desk for a massage booking! Leaving more stressed than when I arrived.

Just had the most wonderful Essential facial by Nadia! She was super informative about different product recommendations for my skin concerns and was so delicate with my sensitive skin. I fell asleep during the last few minutes of my facial so safe to say I would highly recommend. Definitely will be coming back!

I’ve had massages at other places but never have I felt so relaxed at the end. I worked with Indigo for a Signature Muscle Melt & felt like jelly afterwards. Would recommend

“I had SUCH a great facial here the other day.”
I had SUCH a great facial here the other day. I went in asking to help hydrate my skin and came out glowing. It's been over 2 weeks and my face is still so soft and smooth. I've also come here for pedicures before and they are spectacular. A true spa experience. Highly highly recommend.

They are SO flexible and professional! Sviatlana did my pedicure, Tegan D. was my massage therapist, and Bailey at the front desk were all so kind and friendly. Absolutely adore this place for a self care day❤️

This has been my go-to place for several years now. I always get a great massage here. I tried to keep the same therapist at one point but that rarely worked out and I was never disappointed with the therapist I did have.
