Rye deli and drink is simply amazing, by far the best place to grab food and drink in Greek town.. Ting and Roxy are so friendly and honest that I personally can't stop coming in when in Chicago. I could tell that this place is ran efficiently from the first time I walked in.. Who's ever hiring the staff is on par. MUST STOP IN IF IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.. Try everything..😉

Got the smoked whipped feta appetizer and the pastrami sandwich and they were both excellent. Idk what rock I’ve been under but I’m so glad I stopped by here! Will definitely be back to try some more things on the menu. They also have happy hour during the week and indoor and outdoor seating.

Passed by this place all the time, finally stepped in. The atmosphere is great, I really like the music during weekday dinner, and it wasn't noisy. Staff is nice and food comes out really quick. I had the shrimp and grits, it was so delicious! The Mediterranean salad was also excellent with a large quantity, took both of the leftovers home!

The food was delicious, Miss Kathleen is the best. She greeted us every morning when we came down from staying at the hotel. There was a full coffee bar, fruit, cereal, toast and bagels. Apple juice, orange juice, water The seating was plentiful

I just had the passionfruit mimosa and the poached pear flatbread for brunch today, and it was incredible! Way better than the brunch I had yesterday at Cira (which was also good). I'm also big on atmosphere, and I really loved the vibes here. Kind of a cross between modern bar/cafe and 50s diner. Really cool. Highly recommend!

I had the Smash Burger here twice recently and it is fantastic. Additionally the staff was very kind and helpful. Here you order at the register and they bring the food to you. I also had the americano here, it was very tasty. Definitely worth coming here!

It’s a place of peace, rest, and leisure in an otherwise bustling city. It allows you to slow down and smell the roses, or in this case, some delicious pastrami.

The first time I went to Rye, I was a little sus about it because it was empty and y’all know what that tends to mean but like they say, don’t judge a book by its cover. I had the Royale with cheese and it was by far the second best breakfast I’ve ever had!! (First one is Court Street Bagels in NY) The egg, bacon, and cream cheese all make a perfect combo. And let’s not talk about the iced lattes Kathleen makes because it is amazingg!! I think this will be my go to bagel sandwich to go in Chicago since it is nearby me.

Great food! I've eaten at Rye a couple of times now. I've had the turtles in a half shell, it was delicious! I've never had breakfast bagel like this anywhere else. 2nd time around I had the sliders. Perfect for lunch, and tasted great. Tender and flavorful. Great service, everyone was nice, helpful and polite.
