Nabala Cafe is Uptown’s cozy “third space,” beloved for exceptional chai, cardamom and lavender-cardamom lattes, honey-cinnamon lattes, mint lemonade, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries. Regulars come to relax, catch up, work, or meet friends amid charming décor and eclectic music, with Sunday DJs adding extra energy. Service can be notably slow, and Turkish coffee receives mixed reviews, so plan accordingly.

This is such a wonderful place to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy great conversation. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and incredibly welcoming, making it easy to settle in and spend time here. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem. The coffee was absolutely delicious and made the experience even better. Between the inviting ambiance, friendly atmosphere, and excellent drinks, this has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I'll definitely be coming back again and again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to unwind.

I tried their lavender cardamom latte and I inhaled it hoping it was never ending. Also went during the Sunday DJ sets and it was a perfect way to soak in the vibes and do my work without headphones.

I like this place but I had the worst Turkish Coffee in my life. I drink Turkish Coffee for 20+ years but this one was real bad. Full of Cardamom, no texture, no coffee flavour. It's not supposed to have Cardamom. I will come back but I won't order this one again.

A new favorite spot, I always bring friends here when they visit. It’s the only option for chai in the area, nothing else compares. Hard to match the vibes here, it’s uniquely charming. Music choices are always wonderful, I’ve had to Shazam songs on multiple occasions. Occasionally they will have DJs playing on the weekends.
