ML Kitchen — straightforward food in West Loop. Old-school in the best sense, with zero pretense. The recipes feel handed down, not invented. BYOB. Mariah Kamara (Naomi): "The chicken was tender AF, and that veggie roll? A crunchy, fresh delight"

it was my first time here and saw that orange chicken is very popular here and thought I’d try it.
Update: Sesame chicken combo is just okay. Fried rice is biting and bland. Spicy wontons were also boring and mediocre.
We used to enjoy this place but not after tonight. Misadvertised pictures online.

I got the daily special with orange chicken, a crab rangoon and egg fried rice. The prices are great and the food is amazing. The parking lot is very small but it wasn't crowded when we went.

“So, I've been low-key addicted to ML Kitchen through Grubhub, making it my not-so-secret guilty pleasure.”
So, I've been low-key addicted to ML Kitchen through Grubhub, making it my not-so-secret guilty pleasure. I feel like I'm the lone warrior on the Grubhub app... I'm not a massive Chinese food fan, but when a hangover hits, it's like, "Okay, Chinese food, you're up." And guess who always saves the day? Yep, ML Kitchen. This time, I didn't have the classic hangover excuse; I just had a serious hankering for their Chicken Lo Mein. So, I DoorDashed it - extra chicken, of course - and threw in a veggie roll for good measure. ML Kitchen's delivery game is always on point. The food arrives hot and ready to roll, even if I'm not nursing a hangover. The Chicken Lo Mein, though, oh boy, it still hit all the right spots. The chicken was tender AF, and that veggie roll? A crunchy, fresh delight. ML Kitchen is officially my go-to Chinese spot, especially when I'm not feeling my best. What seals the deal every time is that when the goods show up at my door, they're piping hot and fresh as can be. In a nutshell, whether you're craving a hangover fix or just some seriously good Chinese comfort food, ML Kitchen is the real MVP. The Chicken Lo Mein, with its juicy chicken and flavor explosion, is my jam. No doubt, ML Kitchen has earned its spot as my trusty sidekick for satisfying those Chinese food cravings.

“They are very quick when it comes to the service.”
They are very quick when it comes to the service. The food is very good, but I am not sure how authentic it is. They have a huge variety, and I have tried fried rice and teriyaki. Both were delicious. The atmosphere in this place is very relaxing and rather quiet with nice songs.

Yum! Excellent authentic food here! We had a wide variety of items to split between us and everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly! We enjoyed a bowl of hot boiled beef, salt and pepper green beans, Xiao Long Bao, dry chili fish fillets, and hot pepper tofu. Oh, and don't sleep on the smoothies! They help balance out the heat. The vibe is laid back and they have a cool raised floor that is see through with a rock garden underneath.

So legit and good. I am in town visiting and the seasonal allergy is wearing me down. I crave for something simple and good. By accident, found ML Kitchen on google map. Food came super fresh and the taste is SO good! Everything freshly made!!

ML Kitchen is a great option for someone trying to hit their Asian food cravings. The menu is pretty huge, with all sorts of soups, dishes, boba, smoothies, and so much more. The Honey Walmut Shrimp is truly amazing here.
